Sorry for being away for so long! However, I can finally share that work on the comic is still very much in progress, and I’m ready to show you some of my concept art.
Her name is Radon, the Nuclear Program (the one I've shown a few times before). She's a decommissioned nuclear Program for a power plant (long since replaced by a newer model) who is living out the rest of her days on the Grid (I have a whole thing on how she got there from her own Grid which was literally just her but I dont want to ramble too much, so won't go into it). She's addicted to energy and very optimistic (she's a branch off from my OC series which also has nuclear AGI called Reactor Girls; back when I got into Tron as a kid, I wanted to have some of my girlies cross over - also those are twin halos above her head, it's just a design motif. I have her hop universes sometimes, last year she met Pennywise!) ♡
First of all, the function of GPS Programs is to analyze every corner of the city or area assigned to them. They collect data on everything they see and update their status.
Their appearance is mainly known for having optional mods of wheels integrated into the soles of their feet and heels, which makes them faster than a normal program. With other modifications or upgrades, they can reach even higher speeds or, like lightcycles, create a small trail.

Flo was fed up with that and didn't want to be part of the occupation because she believes in the users and that every program should be free to be or do whatever it wants. She was also very close to the leader of Nitros, Phillip, a somewhat rusty program who nevertheless maintained order. When the occupation arrived, he tried to resist but was derezzed. Flo didn't find out at time because she was at a championship in Tron City when the whole betrayal affair occurred; she didn't think something like that would happen to Phillip.
Upon returning, she met the city's new general, Kleoh, and had no choice but to adapt to the new order and climb the ranks to at least fulfill what she had promised Phillip: to make Nitros a prosperous city, even if now under CLU's command. This last factor perverted her personality and mentality, because of the anguish and depression caused by the elimination of his most loyal friend, who she saw as a father figure, and what she enjoyed most was competing and feeling the adrenaline rush of competition; Now she blocks her feelings when is ordered to derezz other programs and doesn't have the joy she used to.
