“The root of envy is actually ignorance. Ignorance of this truth: All blessings come in pairs. With every blessing is a test. You envy someone for their blessing, because you don’t see their test.”

Everything I set out to do at the beginning of the year I’ve done. Speaking positively on your life makes a huge difference. It’s almost like life has no sense of direction until you manifest a path for yourself.
The… “When you talk and laugh throughout the entire date. You talk during the drive home. They drop you home and call you as soon as you settle in, and continue the conversation until they reach home. They get settled in and then call you right back to talk about how dope the date was..” ….Type of love.

Turn: This is too hard
Into: It’ll take effort but when I put in that effort I’ll make it easier for myself
“You want to jump in the water but you’re afraid to because once you get out, there’s no towel. But what you don’t know is that there’s a breeze and the wind will dry you. You don’t need a towel.”

Get up in the morning with purpose. Develop a morning routine that works for you. Be grateful. Count your blessings, there are so many of them. Everywhere. Visualize what you want from the day. Live it, see it, and believe it with power and determination. Do this everyday. Grow. Evolve. Build a strong foundation that leads you to your heart's calling.

30 Essential Ideas you should know about ADHD: Inhibition, Impulsivity, and Emotion
“So now we can begin to understand the numerous social problems that ADHD children are prone to because it arises from this aspect of the inhibitory deficit. Suffice to say it explains the road rage during driving, the job dismissals which are not the result of inattentiveness but of being too quick to anger, too quick to express raw emotions in the workplace of which employers are not tolerant, especially if it occurs with a customer. And it also explains to us the marital difficulties and the parenting difficulties these children may be prone to. Because the single best predictor of marital problems in the adult with ADHD is not distractibility, it is emotion.”
Dr. Russell A Barkley explains it so well. Please watch the whole video if you truly want to understand what people with ADHD are going through. Bless this man for understanding that this disorder is NOT just about attention difficulties.
