All I know for now is that this is a real picture, taken during the production of The Trouble With Girls (between late October to mid-December 1968). The last picture is another picture of Elvis with a big stuffed Koala bear, taken in 1960 (he's with gossip columnist Hedda Hopper on set of Flaming Star). Most likely it was a gift from an admirer and Elvis was taking pictures with it for the fans, maybe joking about the size of the bear someway too in this other picture below... at least it looks like it.
