The police shooting victim memorized the names of 500 students and their food allergies
âCastile, who was known by friends as Phil, was a cafeteria supervisor at J.J. Hill Montessori Magnet School in Saint Paul, Minn., where he memorized the names of the 500 children he served every day â along with their food allergies, his former coworker said.
âHe remembered their names. He remembered who couldnât have milk. He knew what they could have to eat and what they couldnât,â Joan Edman, a recently retired paraprofessional at the school, told TIME.
Parents, several of whom rallied for justice outside the tight-knit school Thursday, said they felt safe knowing Castile was in charge of their childrenâs food and said Castile transformed the cafeteria into a positive and cheerful space. âHe was a fixture. I was always happy to see him around school. The cafeteria was a pretty happy place. He was part of the community and an important one,â Andrew Karre, whose 8-year-old son attends J.J. Hill, told TIME.â
A whole community is mourning after losing such an important, compassionate person. Rest in Power, Philando Castile.

đ ⨠Describe Capricorn's in the best way you can? đ đ
Very quiet đ something fairy like about them which is a weird way of describing them but I canât really put it into words. Theyâre not dreamy and other worldly like Pisces but they are very groundless, but also grounded? Super internalized and rigid with themselves but heartsy. They can be kinda selfish but itâs because they focus on their things and donât concern themselves with things that donât serve to do them well! Theyâre amazing at getting things done!!! They love with all their hearts and give to those they love. If they donât love you, you donât exist to them
