This occurs over time, so immediate consumption of milk is an inefficient usage of it, even setting aside the matter of alternative lactic acid sources (of which I believe there are many and more efficient ones).

I humbly submit you may want to edit your concept to require lactose exclusively for ingestion, which would actually somewhat justify the use of human milk as I believe it is higher in lactose concentration than most other mammals’. Thank you for your time.
