i don’t know if anyone’s had this idea before, i’m sure someone has, but something i really wish had happened in supernatural was bringing back sam’s demon blood/psychic storyline in season 12. when he’s interrogated by toni in the first 2 episodes is obviously where it could be initiated, but 12.04 would have been the perfect starting point for them to actually start bringing it back. especially with the way sam responds to magda when she asks if he can still move things with his mind, and he responds “no, not anymore, i don’t think.” this could be a lead up to him finding out he still can or it comes back. the whole point of the BMOL is that they came to america to get rid of any monster no matter their circumstances. sam would have absolutely been one of those people and it would have made the entire BMOL storyline so much more interesting whilst also finally focusing on sam again which they hadn’t done properly for multiple seasons.
