is it a good idea for me to surrender a stray cat to the no-kill shelter near me?? he has an upper respiratory infection (has had it for a little over a week now) + ear mites (or otherwise bloody ears) + a torn nail/limp on his right front paw. he's also not neutered. he's stuck around the house for 2 years now, but this is the worst he's gotten while he's been here. my parents say the vet is too expensive and won't take him. i've been trying my best but i don't know what else to do and i really want him to be okay
