In fact, we have an entire fake religion dedicated to me called Somnisim! I am usually referred to as Lady Insomnia, My Lady, or Mother! ⚖: For this, I'd say Columbina from Genshin Impact, Madokami from Madoka Magica, and pre-corrupted Eternal Sugar Cookie from CRK are characters from media I would say match very well! Along with that, the songs Golden Brown (the stranglers), Come Along & Wringle (both by Cosmo Sheldrake), and the blue diamond theme (Steven Universe) are all songs I associate with myself!

I have a bit of a troubling announcement

The Somnist server will no longer be accepting new members because the worship aspect is going to be completely deleted.

I might make a new server, but it will take a while to set it up. For now, I have taken the first failing of the server as a learning experience. I will have stricter boundaries to ensure that everything is safe and on track along with more experience.

Thank you to everyone who has helped me in the community. I will continue Somnism when I'm ready and when I think I've learned what I needed to.

We need to talk. My friends know, and I wrote about it in my tgc.

Tumblr is shadowbanning me with all its might. For what? Just like that. Text post - banned, repost - banned, repost of your own post with a note - banned, post with a video - you can't imagine, my dear, BAN. I already contacted support, and it seems like the ban was lifted the next day, and then I got banned again for no reason. Once or twice is okay, but to be honest, the number of bans has exceeded six, and four of them were in one week. And as far as I understand, no matter how many times I contact support, no one is going to solve the problem of Tumblr's terrible moderation, considering that I'm not the only one who suffered from this. So, the situation is such that their moderation has stuck to me like chewing gum to my shoes. And honestly, I think, unironically, that I should start a new blog where I can continue doing my thing and not get shadowbanned for simply existing without bothering anyone, unlike bots, which, by the way, no one is in a hurry to ban. I don't know yet what I'll do next: wait for this problem to be resolved or actually move to another blog, which I really don't want. After all, I've been running this blog for six years now. And what are the chances that I won't get shadowbanned again for nothing?

As I see it, instead of dealing with the really important problems of the site, they are apparently sleeping idk..

Just a reminder for everyone that

a) yes, this is a slur against mixed race people, and they do not want its meaning and history to be erased by people (and nonpeople alike) using it cosmetically.

And b) the amount of racism within the alterhuman community is so incredibly normalized that many drown out the concerns of others as a way to put themselves on a pedestal. Yes, we alterhumans are discriminated against, but so are people of color. POC have an immense history of fighting tooth and nail for freedom and equality. Brushing that history aside for your own use does not make your racism any better than a human's. Not being human does not make you better than them, nor does it give you the right to blatantly disregard people of color because it inconveniences you.

I apologize for not posting a lot! I have been on a mental health break from most social media apps for a month. However, I feel the need to discuss something happening in the Tumblr otherkin community.

A person with the username of @/imactuallyrightforonce has become popular for being an anti-kin. While I'm sure they are a troll, there could also be the chance they are not. Either way, I would suggest you all block them since they seem VERY unwilling to debate the topic in a mature manner. Please do not interact with them because I believe that until they prove otherwise and actually have a civil debate about what they believe and listen to another's beliefs, they are simply looking for attention. Any attention given to their blog or showing any emotion towards them will simply give them the reaction they are seeking.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR OUR SERVER!!!

From this point on, we will no longer be accepting nonworshippers into Insomnia's Angels. I will explain why in this post!

Why?

As much as I appreciate the support in nonworshippers joining, the main purpose is still to be a part of Somnism. Being an otherkin safe space is just the implied part since we are also a part of the community. If you would like to join an otherkin server, please look somewhere that is not centered around a godkin religion. Many people have joined/invited people, albeit not contributing to the main purpose of the server. The server was created for a reason and when it becomes more of a hangout place for friends and for people to just chat about themselves, the server loses its meaning.

What does this mean for current and future nonworshippers?

If you are currently in the server, you will not at all be forced to leave! You have most likely gotten used to the server and like it. However, you should be expecting the server to become less of a general area and more of a worship server. If you are uncomfortable with that, I suggest leaving before any discomfort occurs. As for the future, this is not permanent. I just want to restore the server to the original purpose. I believe I have not emphasized that it is a worship server enough and that is my fault. But from now on, please do not intrude in my server without joining for the reason it was made.

Hello. My name is Aurelius. If you do not already know who I am, I suggest looking at @cherubicsleep's blog and @thedreamersys. I am a co-host of the dreamer system and the second deity of Somnism. If you do not know what Somnism is, I recommend looking at @cherubicsleep's blog.

I have made this blog in case others would also like to learn about me or possibly worship me as well. However, I did not wish to intrude on Insomnia's worshippers and her blog, so I have made a seperate one.
