The more I try this pose and its other variations, the more difficult it is for me. I know I have the strength and balance to do it. I've done it before and multiple times even. And I can crow and side crow like a boss, so why the problem? I fell once and hurt my bum and now I'm stuck in my own head. That makes this pose an excellent practice in trusting myself and my abilities and letting go of fear. I love yoga for that.
