To someone who isn’t educated about it, it just seems like they have a big appetite, but it’s more than that.
It’s the shame in knowing there are hidden wrappers in your room.
It’s eating more and more, feeling obligated to finish what you were eating, and feeling guilty later.
It’s feeling so insecure about your body, feeling too chubby, glaring at your love handles and cellulite, and eating to make yourself feel better.
It’s doctor visits where they tell you to eat healthier, eat fiber, so you add that to what you already eat.
It’s you telling yourself, “it’s okay. I’ll eat less tomorrow.” And wishing those wretched numbers on the scale would go down.
It’s watching your friends say “I’m not hungry” with a smile, while you sit with your stomach empty and smile “oh me neither” and yet when they leave you eat until you might throw up.
People say “oh, you should eat more!” When they find out you have an eating disorder, and “oh that can’t be that bad.” When it’s binge eating disorder.
Binge eating disorder is serious, and often it’s only the people going through it that realize that.

Barbara and Venti are friends! despite what happened to the holy lyre. Barbara comments that Venti has a really amazing voice while Venti says her voice is really sweet. Implying they either sang together or watched each other perform!
Xiangling used to be part of Beidou’s crew! Beidou and her crew often misses Xiangling’s cooking while Xiangling has nothing but admiration for Beidou. Beidou often gets her fresh seafood ingredients which she experiments on
Razor is a student of Lisa! Lisa thought him how to control his vision and seem to be quite fond of him. They often do combat practice together even though Lisa doesn’t like doing work she puts effort on teaching razor
Chungyun doesn’t like Xiao that much even though he respects him a lot for what he has done for Liyue. Xiao’s attitude towards mortals puts him off. This also implies that chungyun has at least have either met him or knew him through someone else that had direct contact
Apparently, a lot of characters have a bad impression of Ningguang, most notably xiangling, xingqui, and keqing. Beidou seems to have a negative impression of her as well but doesn’t really care. This makes her the most disliked playable character in game so far
A lot of Knights of Favonius members seems to either be smitten or respect (or both) a future playable character named Albedo (the head alchemist of the knights.) Kaeya and Lisa remarks that he is quite good looking while the rest respects him a lot (Klee remarks that he is her friend). Venti is wary of him though
The character with the most voiced lines about them is Jean! Jean is the most respected character in Mondstadt while Zhongli in Liyue. Funnily enough, characters who have lines about Jean have met her while characters who have lines about Zhongli haven’t or me him at least once
Xiao is the only character who is mentioned by Qiqi in memory format. Since Qiqi has no memories of her previous life and have trouble remembering things for a long time (even the face of her caretake), this may imply that Xiao might have left a strong impression on Qiqi before she died.
Venti and Mona know each other! Venti remarks that both have similarities of having jobs that would make a person poor (bard & Fortunetelling). Mona doesn’t dare to read fortune abouts Venti due to a previous incident
Additional: Mona asks the traveler where Paimon comes from and says: I cannot seem to discern a single shred of information regarding this floating fairy’s fate meaning that Paimon most likely isnt from Teyvat
Noelle loves spending time with Barbara and vice versa! They have tea breaks together sometimes, Barbara usually hums/writes songs while Noelle makes snacks for them. Barbara comments that Noelle is just the cutest!
Diluc has the most “bad impressions” in mondstadt due to his status of being an ex knight which put a lot of strain on his relationship with most of the characters. Though Barbara thought Diluc might have disliked her performance due to him frowning at her one time
Kaeya is probably the character with the most suspicion directed at. While he is praised and respected for the skill as a knight, characters like Diluc (obv), Amber and Sucrose are wary of him because of how he acts
Varka, The grand master of mondstadt seems to be respected a lot by the knights, most notably Jean and Kaeya. Diluc on the other hand seems to dislike him a lot and hinted to be one of the reasons why he left. He was also the one who gave Razor his name
Xiangling, Chongyun and Xinqui are the only 3 characters that all have each other in their own voice lines with a positive reaction. Xinqui drags Chongyun to eat with him at Xiangling’s resto very often, most likely to poke fun at him for not handling spicy food well.
Barbara is really good friends with Lisa! and says that if Lisa ever becomes a star she’ll support her until her voice turn hoarse.
While Ningguang is currently the most disliked PLAYABLE character the most hated character is actually someone called Hu Tao! Xiangling, Xinqui, Chongyun and Qiqi (especially) despises them for their overall attitude, pranks & jokes. Howeve Xiao seems to think that she is funny.
Ganyu, the secretary of Ningguang has a small assistant named Yaoyao who is a dendro user! Ganyu, Ningguang and Beidou dotes on her a lot (though Ningguang doesnt like to show it). Yaoyao is also a fellow chef and a junior of Xiangling!
Chongyun & Xinqui seem to have a mutual distaste for a character named Xinyan! Nothing on a personal level, it’s just because she plays rock music (which disturbs Xinqui’s reading) and her concerts are filled with flames (which bothers Chongyun). Xiangling likes her though!
Xinqui and Xiangling are the only characters from Liyue to have voice line for a character in Mondstadt! (For now) Though both characters are yet to be released (Albedo and Dionna). On the other side, Venti is the only one who has a voiceline for a character in Liyue (Morax). If all of Xiao’s line from the closed beta are added in canon then he would be included for his line on Venti!
Okay I definitely understand the need for the bullying storyline and how Ju Kyung being bullied for her looks was like the trigger to this whole "Identity/self-worth crisis" and how that's closely related to South Korea's unrealistic beauty standards. But pls she's so nice?????? like if I went to school with this cool girl who liked horror and baked me cookies and tried her best to help me and gave me lotion for my chapped hands and helped me with make up and like hugged me when I cried, I would!??? die??? for her????
And its so sad that she probably thinks people only like her for her looks and how that's going to affect how she forms relationships forever. (I mean she was terrified of her friends finding out about her bare face, she's definitely not going to be just dandy)
So in conclusion, stop BULLYING PEOPLE FOR HOW THEY LOOK. Idc if you're doing it out of insecurity, or because you have an innate lack of personality and can only feel good about yourself when you're making others feel bad about themselves but while you're laughing some girl like Ju Kyung is literally bending over backwards wondering what she did to deserve this.

The guy, maybe a good 30 years old, turned to your boyfriend with the look of a deer in headlights plastered all over his face
“Oh GOD,” Oikawa rolled his eyes, noticing how scared you looked
You watched silently as he stood eye to eye with your harasser and held back a giggle as he spit right in his face

Tooru lovetapped him on his shoulder and laughed in his face as he stumbled back, pulling out his phone with one hand as he gripped your waist with the other

Your pleading gaze met him and before you could even whisper a ‘thank god’, he threw a punch to the guys face and sent him falling onto his side
“Yeah? Big man now, huh? Wanna fucking mess with her again?”
Osamu was quick to get you out of the alley, pulling you to the sidewalk as Atsumu grabbed the guy by his collar
“Say you’re fucking sorry before I rock your shit. You have three seconds.”
You watched as he stood up after the man apologized, dusting his hands off of his jeans and hooking his arm around your shoulders
“You’re not doing that anymore.”
His knuckle was swollen, scarped up and a little bloody and he clenched his jaw as you placed a small kiss on it
“Thank you-“
“Don’t do that.” He interrupted, smiling down at you and ruffling your hair a bit. “Don’t apologize for something like that.”
Osamu rolled his eyes, wondering what he should eat after that dramatic mess.
You two had a routine, catching the train after his practices and laying in Suna’s bed for a few hours after school
So, of course, today went the same as every other time except for the middle aged man standing within strangely close proximity of you two

“C’mere,” Suna mumbled, staring sharply at the man googly eyeing you right in front of him as he pulled you flush against his torso

“What happened?” Your fingers gripped his arms and you could tell he was pissed by the way he was shaking gently
“Don’t worry ‘bout it,” he mumbled in your hair, glaring at the man as he picked up his phone and groaned at the broken screen
A smirk was plastered on Suna’s face as the guy approached him again, shoving the cracked screen in his face
Your cheeks burned as people around you stared at the scene, but you were confident that Suna did it for a good reason
“You better fucking pay for this! What, you just go around destroying people’s phones?”
Suna blinked once, then twice, hugging you closer as he felt you tremble under him at the hostility of the guy
“Only when they take pics of my girlfriends ass.”
You felt Suna brush his fingertips along your thigh, clearly done with this entire situation and your heart swelled at his protectiveness
Eventually, the guy got the hint that he was in the wrong and took a seat, Rin’s eyes never leaving him

Kags honestly didn’t have to say much, his icy glare was enough to send the guy heading towards the exit because really? He was beyond fucking mad.

He wasn’t letting up, just your luck. Instead, he slipped a hand in your hair before you pushed him away
The music vibrated the floor beneath you and you found purchase at a nearby table, hand rubbing your neck as you waited for Tendou to come back already
“Please leave me alone,” you spat as the man followed you, gasping as he slumped over your shoulder
The weight was removed quickly and soon, the table shook in front of you
“Better leave them alone, you fucking idiot,” Tendou smiled down at the man pressed against the hardwood. “I don’t like sharing.”
You repressed a giggle as Tendou poured his drink all over the guys face, hugging his arm as you watched the drunk man stumble away with a string of curses following
“You should really carry around a pocketknife or something, next time something like that happens I’m afraid I might go overboard, yknow?”
You only smiled up at him, pressing a kiss to his cheek as a thank you
Osamu always tried to be rational and he grew up more on the patient side thanks to his ignorant twin brother
Osamu also always loved to treat you to nice restaurant dates where he could indulge in the two things he loved most: food and you
To tag along with that, he disliked when people got in the way of all of that

The small restaurant was silent, eyes all on Osamu as he stalked back to his seat in front of you
He noticed your worried look and sighed, sending you a comforting smile and caressing your cheek
“Stop worrying, pretty face. Just eat your food, yeah?”
You only nodded, heart feeling a lot lighter as you found your comfort in him, giggling as he ate with a pout

Almost. That was until someone clapped behind you, causing you to stumble and you bent over to catch the railing in front of you
“Woah, look at that ass!” A guy chanted, and you blushed deeply before straightening yourself up and trying your best to ignore the comment
“It’s nice, right?” You stared in disbelief as Bokuto sneered behind you two, placing a hand on your ass. “All mine, sorry, you shouldn’t talk to girls like that though.”
“Oh yeah?” The guy stood up and you trembled as Bokuto pushed you behind him
“Yeah.”
The tension was so thick in the room and you searched for excuses to leave, but thankfully the guy backed down as he took a good look at Bokuto’s built figure
You let out a breath you didn’t realize you held for so long, leaning against your boyfriend gently
