noah turned back and observed the girl for a good few seconds before hesitantly nodding an agreement. “sunsets are cool.” he watched her wave and rather than feel annoyed at her obvious extroverted mannerisms, a part of him wanted to be able to do the same. “there’s a better spot than here. here, everything is all grass,” he jerked his chin over to said grass then towards the shops surrounding them, “and storefronts. gets kind of repetitive, doesn’t it?”
“ yeah you’re right. but sometimes the storefront sunset views are the best. at this time of day in the area, if you look around you see the kids all running back home before curfew, then you’ve got the teens just chillin’ out, laughing with their friends trying to escape the school life and most of them probably have problems at home so it might be the happiest time of their day and they don’t even realize it. and the older people, we’re just scattered. some are going to drink their lives away, then you get the cute couple having a quiet moment.. -- i’m sorry i talk way too damn much but it’s just amazing. ” she laughed off all of what she just said, “ i’m still kinda new to this place so i don’t know where exactly to go from here. i’m chey by the way. ”
