no way i already failed 1st november.. i blame eating out
things you will stop saying once you lose weight:
“do you have this in a bigger size?”
“i can’t be bothered to walk, let’s call an uber.”

the way my snack is an omad to some people here hmmmm...
things i wish i knew sooner (3d edition) part 1
-binging is predictable. dehydrated? you'll binge (bc the center of the brain where thirst signals come off from is the same place that signals hunger and it often gets them confused). eat a lot of trash snacks or junk food? you'll binge (bc these foods are full of sugar to get you addicted and they're poor in nutrients so you can overeat and still not feel full). doing fuck all all day long? you'll binge (bc boredom leads to anxiety which leads to binging). if u can predict it, u can avoid it!!!!
-fasting is not a corrective for binging. i had to learn this the hard way over many trials and errors but fasting after a major binge is just not a good idea. it feels correct like oh im filled so now i just need to be empty but ur brain will not follow. if u just binged or if u have been binging constantly ur body will be expecting lots of food so if u fast immediately after your body will sabotage you and send you spiralling to get the food it wants. thats why we cycle through binging and fasting and never stop. if you want to quit binging you have to gradually take smaller portions and do smaller periods of fasting until you "retrain" your brain.
-fasting indefinitely leads to binging too. you need endurance to be able to fast for long periods so you need practice actually. if you never fast for 24 hours for example and you just decided to suddenly fast for 48 hours bc ur feeling guilty after a binge chances are you'll get to 30 hours or something and then binge. because you're not skilled enough yet! dont fall into the "well i just wont eat indefinitely until i feel light" trap, it doesn't work, u have to actually do smaller fasts before you can attempt longer ones.

i have beef with white rice... im somewhat convinced it makes me fat, and eating them just makes me guilty. like the fullness from eating other carb sources such as potatoes is not the same from rice fullness. with rice, i just feel disgusting

just when i thought i could be free from counting c4lories and stressing about what i eat, to focus more on exercise... my brother said that the donut he just ate right now (6pm) was his 2nd meal of the day (1st was at 10am).. and that he's going on a diet... i feel so disgusting rn i can't believe i thought i could eat without guilt
i always wake up late and sore after jogging.. yeah sure it's validating, but also very annoying

weight loss tip: just stop caring about food
ik it’s hard AF because all we do is think about food BUT if you trick your brain into believing you don’t care about it, it’s a lot easier to restrict since ur apetite goes away
how i do it:
- don’t plan my meals too much
- don’t think about what i’ll eat in the future
- all this is accomplished through gas lighting myself
- i pretty much just repeat to myself “i don’t really care” anytime i go to eat
- “not caring about something” means you don’t really want it, you don’t care if it’s there, you even prefer if it’s not because it’s just an annoying task
- the non planning thing makes choosing what i’ll eat overwhelming, so i just give up 💀
- i distract myself, i go do something else
- this works if you don’t care about health, macros and shit like that! you’ll probably not be getting a lot of nutrition, this is something a lot of junkorexics do
- this also works better if you have good knowledge about how many calories everything has, since ur not pre-planning
