Foxy’s ears perked at the chicken’s speech. He blinked. He held back a bit of a snicker at the ‘what’s on the inside’ comment. It was certainly on the inside what made him who he was! “W-well, thank ye, lass! Ye know, it ‘as been years since I ‘ad a real conversation wit’ someone… not fer lack o’ tryin’, mind ye. Freddy don’t much like me comin’ out, even at night. Tch, ol’ bear’s got a rusty screw up ‘is if ye know wot I mean.”
Then he shrugged. At the very least he didn’t squeak much when he moved, so other than the lazy eye and the torn-up suit, he sure didn’t seem too bad off. A whole new air was about him after a moment, and he seemed to ahve cheered up considerably. His ears perked up after a moment and he seemed to get an idea. “Maybe while yer here I oughta see if I can’t be introducin’ ye to the crew o’ this here pizzeria. If ye’re up fer it, that is. This bein’ a new, strange place fer ye I wouldn’t blame ye fer wantin’ ta stay in with this ol’ fox.”
So the Freddy here wasn’t so nice, huh? So far, it seemed this place was a polar opposite from what Chica was used to. The place didn’t look too looked after, the entertainers were robots, the Foxy here was nice as could be, and the Freddy apparently wasn’t so nice. Honestly Chica’s curiosity was growing with every new discovery, and she hadn’t even left the cove yet!
“Actually…” She begins, tapping her beak. “I think I’ll take ya up on that offer, Foxy! I don’t remember the last time I left my pizzeria, so it’d be nice t’ see somewhere new, I think! An’ t’ meet new people, too!” Sure, she met new people at her pizzeria, but she never really got to know them. At the end of the day, they were all just customers - and apparently none of them wanted to have a conversation with Chica, oddly enough.
