Developers have swarmed the Cabrini-Green area since the last of its towers came down. A Target store opened on Division Street in 2014, while a 240-unit apartment tower (left) opened across the street in 2015. And now, a Texas developer plans to build nearly 500 homes on the site. Crain’s story:

Before entering the finance realm, this Princeton University grad studied theater at @stellaadler in New York and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
With that experience in hand, she fixed the ledger at debt-ridden Hyde Park theater company Congo Square in less than a year, and raised enough money for the ensemble to stage shows again. See why 29-year-old Chanel Coney is someone you should know in Chicago. #ccb20s
20 In Their 20s: As lead singer of @wildbellemusic, this 27-year-old commands attention. #ccb20s
