yessss eons ago - i got to meet lev & talk to him for like 20 minutes about the writing process & stuff & he signed my copy of magician king (and codex). i stopped watching when the beast appeared bc i wasn’t a huge fan of how much they changed it – but i’ve been ordered by my best friend to finish bc apparently it’s excellent.

I’m yelling that’s so cool that you got to meet Lev and got your book signed. But we have the same problem with the show it seems. It’s a lot of the little things that got changed that bother me, the beast is a prime example but if you can put aside comparing the two I think you’ll be able to enjoy the show.
