CHLOE KWON is a kpop SOLOIST and CEO of LOVELY RECORDS. she was first introduced in the survival show SIXTEEN, where she placed 10TH overall, just missing the final lineup of TWICE. she then debuted as a SOLOIST less than a year later, skyrocketing in popularity.

BACKGROUND!
CHLOE KWON was born in VANCOUVER, CANADA on FEBRUARY 29, 2000. her FATHER had been in and out of her life when she was little, finally leaving for good after her little sister, CHARLIE, was born. she began singing when she was young after watching numerous MUSICALS, though she never dreamed about being a singer until her FIRST GRADE TEACHER taught her how to play GUITAR after school. ever since then, CHLOE had thought that she wanted to be a singer and began learning many song and even tried writing her own. one day, after school, CHLOE was street casted and asked to come to a JYP ENTERTAINMENT audition, which she attended without telling her mom in hopes of getting in and moving to SOUTH KOREA where her father had moved to. she PASSED the audition and after convincing her mother became a JYP TRAINEE in 2013.
two years into being a trainee, CHLOE was picked to go onto the survival show SIXTEEN. she made it through the show, often staying in the MAJOR group and building up a LARGE fanbase that was rooting for her to get into the group. in the end she placed 10TH, one spot away from debut. her fans were persistent and JYP ENTERTAINMENT eventually decided to debut her as a SOLO ARTIST in 2016.

CHLOE KWON! is a kpop SOLOIST under LOVELY RECORDS. she first gained fame when she appeared on the survival show, SIXTEEN, making it to the final episode before getting eliminated, placing 10th overall. she debuted a year later as a solo artist with the single WHY WHY, which was an instant success. the song placed her on the charts and kept her there for her subsequent releases after the fact. at her debut, she was known for her sweet and innocent image, gaining her the nickname NATION'S PRINCESS.
