technically yesterday was my birthday 😊 but i still get to post the once in a lifetime starkid line today 😊 cuz i'm 40 now and i say so 😊

i am soooooooooooo grateful that my life is taking a turn for the better. a lot of pieces are falling into place right alongside the timing of birthday, new spring season, new decade. the last 6 months have been hard (the last 12 months, in many ways, but the last 6 in particular it's just been StRuGgLiNg). now some health stuff is becoming easier to work through. there's a new schedule starting soon that will add some much-needed stability for necessary habits. lots of creative opportunities on the horizon. just wow wow wow. gratitude and mindfulness and anticipation and progress and much to feel.

i'm more aware than ever of how lucky i am to have so many incredible people around me. my hope is that, with a stronger foundation underneath me, i'll be better equipped to be there for others and contribute to my community. so here's looking ahead. i'm grateful to have made it this far, and the best is yet to come.
