There are reports of the furniture being in the wrong place upon placing the lot. I’m not sure why that’s happening. :-/ Apparently it occurs sometimes if you place a small lot on a larger lot size. It could also be related to the bbmoveobjects cheat (a.k.a. MOO), which I did use…

Big update to this:

Having MOO (MoveObjectsOn/bb.moveobject) *ON* is what is causing furniture jumbling. Be sure to have MOO OFF when downloading lots after the patch, unless you want some very interesting interiors.

How times have changed, huh? Back in the day we had to tell people to have MOO on so that half of our landscaping wasn’t missing upon download, lol. Now we need to tell people to have MOO off.

you can make stores like in open for business ins the sims3?

No. The ofb system is way more detailed. All you get from some sims 3 expensions are special registers where the sims can buy/sell stuff. For example you get a consignment shop register with Ambitions. All other objects on the lot are just decor. The sims can't buy these items.

Frogged Designs

My sister opened an etsy shop! She wanted to do it for years. Here in Germany, there’s a lot of bureaucracy and money involved if you want to start a business (yes, even a small etsy shop is considered a business here). She sells cute bags for knitters (they can also be used for other purposes, of course!). She also ships internationally. She is really skilled and her items are of high quality! She made me a bag for my own knitting gear last christmas and I love it!

So I was playing with Mollie. For the legacy challenge.  She went to the park to pick some flowers. Then she went fishing. And then she saw a meteor. The End.

Because of those moments I still like playing the sims.
