We have long since been observing that Infoldgames steal money from customers. So we have been actively checking for a few months. A lot of paid mechanics are broken and many memories are bugged especially for dark skin MC. Infoldgames claim they will fix problems, but after players have waited too long and they have collected their money from google play store or whichever third party they have used, Infold say it can't be fixed and refuse refunds, as they have no means to repay.
This is a common lie used after 30 days. They then threaten with account closure if reported. They delete Google reviews, forums posts and even reddit pages that point out this information.

Infoldgames do not allow posts about this matter on the official facebook page. This has been happening since 2024. Almost all posts have been deleted or removed by Infoldgames under various justifications but mostly 'initiating conflict' or 'community disruption'. We are unaware since when spreading truthful information about not being able to get a 'refund' is either of these things.
Always specifically why the fact that they cannot refund must be omitted.
Many players have gone so far as to sell their accounts to get back money as they can not get a refund through Infoldgames, which has caused a lot of problems.
Reselling is an illegal act, and is not covered either by Infoldgames or by Google Play Store. If you lose your personal data by reselling your account, or simply have your account stolen, infoldgames takes no responsibility for you. A lot of people have had their accounts stolen this way. Infoldgames are aware of these pages and forums and instead of reporting and closing them for consumer's safety, they have added to their ingame tos, that they do not take any responsibility and are not liable for any personal data loss or stolen through reselling of your account.
This way players will sell their own accounts and they don't have to give refund.
We have seen many conversations where people at too afraid to even make their own posts or confront infoldgames to protest denied refunds as they don't want to lose their account or to be attacked by the Lads community.
As human beings, we should support each other. Not bully other players who point out the mistakes of the developers. Loving the boys does not mean that you cannot support your fellow players for fair compensation. Wrong is wrong. If money is not given to charity, it shouldn't be stolen for faulty or broken products. Refunds are a core part of all business practice. If one day you personally need a refund and you cannot get it, would that still be fair? Empathy for your human is a key to healthy social community life.
Please play infoldgame and buy infold ingame purchases at your own risk. Play at own risk. Buy at own risk. Even if you provide all information including purchase codes and date, reasons as stated by GooglePlay store refund process, but once your money is no longer with the third party and collected by Infoldgames, you cannot claim it from them.
If you have a problem with an ingame purchase, you must claim for a refund right away and then contact ingame customer service to tell them the reason.
As much as We love the boys, and you all know We do. We will no longer support Infoldgames.

Yeah, they scam money. They take money and blame google playstore. They are making all of their money by not giving refunds. If you don't look quickly for the posts, you'll miss them as they get taken down so fast. But I saved this SS.
I wonder if they were actually giving refunds to the player base if they would be claiming to be making half as much money as they are now.
I don't understand why google play store is even allowing this.
