I've been drawing pixel art for a long time. I love pixel art, and I enjoy appreciating it. I'm always happy to see pixel art in different styles.
But one day, while browsing a social media platform, I came across a guy using generative AI to create pixel art. You might think that many people use AI, which is normal.
But this guy published a book called "How to Draw Pixel Art from Scratch." He completely failed to mention that the images he posted on social media were AI-generated, and that the book's artwork was entirely composed of AI-generated pixel art.
WTF?! Dude?! This guy wasn't even willing to erase the messy pixels generated by the AI, nor was he willing to correct the errors in the AI generation. He was completely deceiving ordinary people who wanted to learn pixel art from scratch.
In fact, as long as you're willing to put pen to paper, pixel art is a very fun and easy-to-learn art form. But this guy wasn't even willing to move a mouse. How pathetic.
