Still trying to perfect the chocolate cream pie. This time I used a butter crust instead of the biscoff cookie crumb crust. I also wanted the butter crust to be thick like cookie. It could’ve baked just a tad bit longer but it still tasted great. Today I made a “Diner-style” Chocolate Cream Pie. The filling is more like custard/pudding so it’s a lot more dense than French silk pie. The pie crust is made of @lotusbiscoffus cookies and the filling recipe is from @testkitchen . And it was eaten by me. SO GOOD!!!!!
