The Wǔ exorcist clan. Family.
Currently, within his household Chongyun lives with a pretty big family, consisting of:
Huifang Wǔ, Chongyun’s mother. A skilled and serious woman who took the place as oldest daughter, who took up exorcist duties from a very young age. She is the current head of the clan. She doesn’t hold a vision and believes martial arts and thaumaturgy to be the true way of exorcism. She is known across all of Liyue because of her skill. ( 48, she / her )
Meifeng Wǔ, Chongyun’s mother. Two of them. Meifeng was raised within a rival exorcist clan, working in the outskirts of Liyue as a mostly traveling group. She married Huifang against the wishes of her family and joined the Wǔ family. She holds an anemo vision. ( 45, she / her )
Yue Wǔ The oldest daughter of the family. While she currently lives in their living space, Yue decided against being an exorcist, choosing to marry a traveling trader who is usually busy with work. While he works, she has chosen to stay at home with the rest of her family. Due to her unwillingness to participate in the family craft, al; expectations of the “oldest” fell into Chongyun’s shoulders. ( 25, she / her )
Chongyun Wǔ The only son of the family. He grew up passionate about exorcism, even with his special condition he has always sought to do his best. He tries to maintain tradition with his own twist. Even with secrets luring behind his birth, and an unconventional way of working, Chongyun always attempts to do his best in the job, upholding the family’s reputation. He received his cryo vision at 15, having to fix his ways of exorcism to fit his new powers. I’ll elaborate on how he got it later and on a separate post. ( 17, He / they )
Jia Li & Lanfen Wǔ The twins. They are currently the youngest of all siblings. They are highly playful and resourceful and incredibly smart. Their goal in life other than having as much fun as possible is to mess with Chongyun. They are cheerful and free spirited pranksters who are the light within the household. While too young to be invited into it, they both hold an interest to exorcism and both of them wish to join the family business when they are older. ( 6, she / her for both of them )
Honghui Wǔ Known baby. He is Yue’s son. There isn’t much to say for him. He is very clingy to his mother as well as Chongyun, who is relieved to finally be around another boy. He takes care of him often and he repays him by tugging on his hair and drooling on his clothes. U can say he is famous within the baby world. ( 1, he / him )
Junjie Wǔ Huifang’s father. He is a retired exorcist who sometimes will take on jobs that his daughter and wife simply can’t handle. He is wise and knows the craft very well, used to be the head of the clan on his better days. Ever since his wife passed though he seems to be clinging to the past, causing him to have stepped down. he is close to all the children in the household but specially Chongyun and serves as an advisor for him. Very much dislikes Yue’s husband. ( 76, He / him )
Bao The dog of all time. A 5 year old Shar Pei who enjoys hiding from the twins and eating the food on the table. He is the family bestie, the most reliable member. The ultimate buddy. He is often seen with Meifeng, who he likes the most.
