An Apology and A Notice

For those of you who follow me on my main blog here, I apologize that I haven’t been posting, blogging, or re-blogging material on here for quite a long time now.  It’s been a bit of challenge maintaining two blogs and I just want to keep things simple.

I have decided that I will remain predominantly on my other, Secondary/Ask/RP blog which you can folllow here: I-AM-PO

I will keep this blog active, however, since there are posts I would like to save and come back to from time to time.

Thank you for your support and following me here from my tumblr beginnings and I hope to see you on my other blog!

Kung Fu Panda 3 Release Date Pushed Back!

With concerns about competing with the release of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens in December 2015, DreamWorks Animation has decided to push back the release of Kung Fu Panda 3 from:

December 23, 2015 to March 18, 2016

This news is hard to swallow for DreamWorks and Kung Fu Panda fans and it makes me upset that we have to wait another 3 months before the movie is finally released.

Hello, Tumblr Friends and Followers!

As some of you know, I’ve been hosting Movie Nights via Live Stream on Friday and Saturday Nights for the past few weeks.  Through feedback, I’ve been able to make Movie Night as enjoyable as I possibly can.  I hope to continue that trend and I’ve reached a decision on how I will present these Movie Night invitations each week.

I decided to continue the Theme Nights with a Double Feature based on the Theme for that particular Friday/Saturday Night.  Until I can gain a substantial audience, I will not be doing a voting system for movie themes each week.  Instead, 2 themes will be presented each week, by yours truly, with a different theme for Friday and Saturday, respectively.

I usually stream movies I currently have in my collection and what I have available via NetFlix and Amazon Instant Video.  In a few weeks (October 24th and 25th) I will be streaming Halloween-Themed movies.  So, if you would like to provide me with any suggestions, please do so over the course of the next couple of weeks.

Without further delay, I present to you the 2 Themes for this Weekend:

FRIDAY - 10/10/14

BEARS!

SATURDAY - 10/11/14

BOTS!

Streaming will begin approximately @ 8:30 PM Eastern/ 5:30 PM Pacific on Friday & Saturday.

Movie Nights - Theme Nights!

HELLO ALL! :D

As some of you already know, I have been hosting Movie Nights via Live Stream every Friday and Saturday night.  For those of you who don’t know… WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL THIS TIME?! xD

This week, I’m going to do something a little different:

I’m going to let the viewers vote on what movies will be shown from a selection of movie themes.

There will be 2 themes for Friday night and 2 themes for Saturday night.  Whichever theme gets the most votes for that night will be that night’s double-feature presentation.

Voting will be open from now until Friday @ 5:00 pm EST/4:00 pm CST/3:00 pm MST/2:00 pm PST (This is based on North American time zones.  If you are voting from another time zone, please vote accordingly)

The following are the movie themes and movies for each theme:

FRIDAY - 09/26/14

MONSTERS

OR

MAGIC

SATURDAY - 09/27/14

ROBIN HOOD

OR

ROBIN WILLIAMS

Just send me a reply or ask with the name of the theme you want for that night.  I will accept one (1) vote per day until voting closes.

Once the votes are tallied on Friday, I will make a post announcing the winner for Friday night and provide a link to the movie night stream.  Saturday night’s winner will be announced in a post on Saturday with a link to the movie night stream also.
