It would seem that Isabel Murant is not only showcasing womenswear for H&M, but she's also doing it for the boys.  Chunky knitwear, leather and rock star styling all feature in her limited edition collection for H&M.  I may not be queuing up for the leather trousers, but have got my eye on some of the jumpers!

Looks like Autumn won’t be so dull after all

As the nights grow darker and the weather makes a turn for the worst, its easy to get caught up in the doom and gloom.  However, one look at the key trends in menswear this season and you’ll notice a flurry of colour and pattern making its way into our wardrobes. Orange, oversized checks and bomber jackets were all features on the catwalk with wardrobe essentials - boots and hats - also making an appearance.  Although the sunshine may be fading, it would appear that colour is around to make the impending darker days a little bit brighter!

Lets Get Physical

It looks like sportswear is back in a big way.  Tracksuits have been seen everywhere on the catwalk, high street and on celebs like Rita Ora. Sportswear has always been prominent in menswear but now it looks like we don’t need an excuse to wear our tracksuit bottoms out of the house!

Denim never goes out of fashion.  Whatever the season, whatever the colour it will always be a wardrobe staple and those brave enough should trial denim on denim.  Its bold, its brave but it doesn’t half make a fashion statement!

It looks like 90’s grunge is back in a big way!  ASOS’ AW13 lookbook features tons of it and you can’t walk down a London street without noticing a pair of Doc Martens.  I for one, am looking forward to getting out my bleached denim, checked shirts and oversized tees, channelling my inner Nirvana!

Now i’m not one for wishing away our Summer, but the changing seasons can only mean one thing - a new wardrobe.  Plenty of retailers are showcasing their AW lookbooks and some of my personal favourites come from H&M. The collection features some strong tailoring with modern finishes, tartan checks and long line shirts.  The only problem now is finding space in my wardrobe to put it all…
