An apology and a restart

// I am so, SO sorry for disappearing without any warning, and to all the starters I didn’t make and threads that didn’t continue…

It wasn’t that I didn’t like interacting with you guys, quite the opposite.  I’ve enjoyed roleplaying/chatting/plotting with every single one of you!  I’m just not online that often, and replies take me a while to draft…and when they pile up, it gets really overwhelming.  It’s something that as a roleplayer I’ve always struggled with, and so from now on I’ll be more realistic about how many threads I can handle.

That being said, I’d really like to make this blog active again!  For now, I won’t be making starters, but I’ll post again when I am.  If I’ve roleplayed with you in the past and you don’t want to anymore though I totally understand, it’s really inconsiderate to just up and leave without any warning.  I promise to be better about communication this time around, and announce any hiatus or departure. 

Here’s to a restart!  I’d love to roleplay with you all again if you’d have me. //

Creative writing has been a hobby of mine since my early teens, so when I found out that you could do collaborative writing I was excited.  I think the community aspect is a big draw, being able to connect with people with similar interests and trade ideas and create things together.  I’ve always struggled with activity levels because I’m not online too much as a whole, so discovering Tumblr role play and being independent works well for me.  It’s a lot of fun, and I’m glad I got back into it!

The girl sniffled and tried to wipe away her tears. She looked up at him and felt her bottom lip starting to quiver.

‘’I’m s-sorry. My dog… S-s-spots… he died…’’ She mumbled and a new wave of tears started.

Seeing Alexis’ tears, Makoto reaches into the pocket of his blazer and takes out a light green handkerchief, holding it out to her.

“I’m so sorry for your loss...” Makoto is speechless, eyes downcast.  He remembers the old fisherman and how much that loss affected him, and can’t imagine what losing such a close companion could feel like. 

“I’m sure Spots lived a full, happy life, having a caring owner such as yourself.”  Makoto tries to be encouraging, and hopes he doesn’t bring back any sad memories.

Holy crap I was not expecting to get 200 followers AT ALL. Much less in less than a year of making this account! Even putting into account how a lot of partners have multiple accounts that still means there’s at least like… 100 people and more following me?? WHAT???

Anyways, Haru/Aiden/Otouto here again.
