last kiss;; this is gonna be the most fucked up thing i write
"Saru."
A voice calls out to the other, holding a bouquet of forget-me-nots as a hand reached out to pat his shoulder and he noticed that the look in Saru’s eyes is a dark look. Not a look that he’s used to though, it’s more of an acceptance to the truth in front of them and the fact they had more impact to the world than they should have.
It’s a suffocating silence for the two, until Saru breaks the ice.
"Do you think I’d ever turn out a little like him if things were different?"
All he could offer was a shrug to the question. “There are certain things you can’t tell you know. But there’s one thing for sure though, you ended up a bit happier because of him. Even if you can’t thank him now, you can thank him later can you? We’re not restricted to certain chains like time.”
He leaves it at those words as he steps down away from Saru and only after a certain distance, he turned around to notice Saru setting the bouquet down ad giving a gentle kiss to a gravestone.
Tenma Matsukaze’s grave stone.
He waits there until Saru catches up to him, lightly flicking the glasses off his face with his usual smirk.
"Giris, you know it’s an invasion of privacy to peep."
"Right right."
