IFMA wolrd championship is the most prestigious tournament in the wolrd, All atheles go through strict medical and anti doping checks . To compete at this level you really need to be disciplined,hard working and to persevere through all the daily weight cuts which is horrendous for all atheles who have to meet their weight class.
