So! I created a Notion Calendar + Ephemeris with all the major planetary movements (Tropical) in one place starting from January 2026 up until December 2030….yes, the next 5 years.

Full Moons, New Moons, Eclipses, season and planetary changes, including the Lunar Nodes and Chiron, as well as Retrogrades and directs 😌

Aries 6H and I’ve been experimenting with remediating this transit by participating in virtual (Neptune) challenges (Saturn) for the first time ♈️

Saturn/Neptune will eventually oppose the ruler of my 8H of significant changes (Libra Mercury) and I understand that planets aspecting Saturn have to mature one way or another……..I also understand that with 6H fallen Saturn = I’ve learned that my hard work doesn’t need to (and won’t) *look like* other people’s hard work

When Saturn went from Sag (sextile my Mercury) to Cap (square my Mercury) between 2017-2019, I lost mad weight and became a full on gym girlie

Lately Idk, I just have no desire to be in the gym lol (never say never though), but I still have weight to shift and walking has never failed me (ruler of the 6H in the 12H)

So far I’ve walked 150 miles / I’m 3 medals in / I’m 20lbs down

We’re only ever addicted to refined sugar (Venus - specifically Libra) because it’s engineered that way (trine Aqua). Naturally occurring sugars (Venus again - specifically Taurus) are hardly ever the bigger problem.

I think that all processed foods (UPFs and the like) fall under Aquarius (processed to “serve the masses” faster/accessible to all) because things found in nature move much more slowly and belong to Taurus (that fixed square relationship).

Treats or “once in a while” foods like desserts or party foods belong to Leo. The foods that can literally be toooooo rich to consume as part of your everyday diet.

But to the question: astrologically addiction is part of the Pisces archetype (Venus exalts in Pisces = sugar generally having the potential to be highly addictive); the solution imo is found with Virgo (it’s inconjunct Aqua (awkward)/the 12th place of Libra (losses)/the sign of Venus’ fall (exile)/Pisces’ opposition (opponent)).

Virgo is associated with the meeting of the mind and body, its overall health and processes.

Virgo related things that can tackle sugar addiction (especially while the South Node is in Virgo):

- having a little less refined sugar everyday, decreasing it over time

- swapping a small refined sweet thing for a small naturally sweet thing (yes it probably won’t feel/taste the same at first! North Node in Pisces says “imagine” 😅🧘🏾‍♀️)

- checking in with your cravings (body/internal) and triggers (material/external) regularly

- habit stacking: attach consuming the natural sweet thing to things you already do well/are good for you/things you enjoy and conversely make it hard af to get your hands on the refined sweet thing, make it so difficult that you just won’t be bothered 😆 (and eventually you won’t want it).

- constructively critique the refined sweet thing. Sometimes just paying attention to the itty bitty details that are often overlooked (ingredients/processing/additives etc) will put you right off eating it.

People with Venus, Saturn or Mars in Virgo/Mars/Saturn in the 6H/Saturn in Libra/Saturn in Pisces/Saturn in Capricorn or Aqua/Mars in Capricorn can find it easier to cut sugar out cold turkey.

E.g. Megan thee Stallion’s final dispositor is singular: Jupiter in Sagittarius. Every placement in her natal chart ultimately answers to Jup

Katt Williams has a final dispositor loop; Mercury in Leo > ruled by the Sun in Virgo > back to Mercury in Leo ♾️

Whitney Houston has a singular dispositor and outliers; most of her personal placements answer to the Sun in Leo, with the exception of Mercury in Virgo and Saturn in Aquarius (essentially self governing)

The act of partnering up (in this case romantically) and being sure of what you want/need/value in the *other* is an outward expression of Venus, and Venus is beauty, attraction etc.

It’s people who positively compliment each other and then go and attract more things together as a result (2 heads better than 1).

This is why (astrologically speaking) that if there are no obvious benefits (Venus is a benefic after all), if the people involved in the connection are losing their glow or seem depleted in anyway/lacking pleasure and vitality (ongoing!), Venus is in distress.

The distress can also take the shape of the sign Venus is in. You can see this play out in friendships and business partnerships too.
