Thursday's done, and tomorrow I can finally say TGIF~!
Today was another yet unproductive day at school, ever since my exams have finished, I've done quite literally close to nothing *sigh* - that's probably what I get for attending one of the worst academically performing high schools in Sydney -_-
Moving on, I was supposed to head straight home today, however my mother's appointment in the city was changed to four in the afternoon. This meant she picked me up and took me along with her and my older cousin to the city to discuss business matters which I don't know of.
Anyways, Thursday in Sydney is widely known for shops staying open until later, shops that normally close at 5pm remain open until 9pm. This may be one of the reasons why Sydney's shops are mostly crowded on this day. Being honest, I'm not really much of a shopping person unless I urgently need something or buying something for someone. Today was partially the latter, I was walking around searching for ideas and concepts on what to get my relatives for Christmas so I know exactly what to spend on by the time I leave for Singapore (omg there's two more weeks, holy crap).
The process took a pretty short time and I roughly have a sketchy idea what to purchase I guess, need a little more time though (lol). There were two hours left until I leave, so I wandered around the city for almost an hour until I got bored and wanted to rest my legs, which at that point were about to snap any second. So I decided to reminisce my childhood by going on swings in Darling Quarter (I didn't really mind if people gave a curious stare, I just needed something to do). Afterwards I headed over to the Korean restaurant 'Arisun' in Chinatown to eat by myself since I'm not really a fan of vegetables and fruits like the usual Thais are. I love spices though, and coincidentally, Korean foods appeal to my tongue. The only problem was though, I wasn't entirely hungry (skinny person problems), and I sat for about an hour on spicy kimchi noodles which would normally take less than half an hour to eat, slowly and slowly slurping them.
For the last two hours, I once again wandered around the David Jones store in Westfield Sydney, I can't really find anything entertaining to do in Sydney, maybe that's what happens when you're a local? I came across this air multiplier developed by Dyson. It claims to cool and heat the room significantly faster and more evenly than conventional appliances, which absolutely astonished me. All my hopes were crushed when I saw the price tag though, $599.......................... nope nope. Not worth investing/saving in.
Now it was time to go and here comes another minor problem, finding my mother. So to start off, she calls me up to meet and head home, and the meeting point was "in front of Westfield". You see, Westfield Sydney has multiple entrances as expected of a shopping centre, and I didn't know which bloody entrance she was speaking of. So I spent almost ten minutes, scrambling across the whole shopping centre, from entrance to entrance, to no avail. I finally gave up playing unintentional hide and seek and called my mother. I arranged her to meet me in front of ZARA. Problem solved as we finally got to meet up along with my older cousin. Then we walked back to our car which took almost eternity... we could've taken public transport but the problem is, Sydney's transport tickets are expensive for single trips and you have to buy them individually for every mode you travel on -_- we're getting a smartcard (finally, we're catching up to the 21st century) dubbed the "Opal Card". Right now, it's only available on ferries, and a tiny proportion trains and buses. The rollout is expected to be complete across our entire network by the end of next year, which does not come soon enough.
Along the journey to our car, it starts to sprinkle and not having an umbrella due to blue skies in the day, we put shopping bags above our head for cover until we got to our car. The enter, and I fell asleep from being physically exhausted. And so, that was my Thursday.
Looking ahead to Friday, it's just a typical day for me. The only thing I want though is torrential rain. Sydney's been so dry and stifling hot recently, and being a person that doesn't take heat well (I've collapsed due to heat exhaustion last year), I'm quite literally praying for rain to come.
We sat down with MysteryGuitarMan, Final Cut King, and the VFX Bro, made them listen to some Kpop English, and had them decipher what it meant. The results w...
Okay, this literally made me burst into hysteria while my cousin was sleeping next to me (sorry mate, but I'm not sorry~). Followers, I guarantee at least some sort of laughter when watching this.
How's everyone so far?
Well after an attempt of getting myself acquainted with tumblr and spamming the hell out of my own with EXO already, how is it?
Anyways, it's stifling hot here in Western Sydney... everytime I do some sort of physical activity, even walking, I feel like sweat beads would just lurch out and run down all over myself -_-
Tomorrow, my mum's going into the city while I'm at school and won't be back until at least the early evening. That of course means, I'm walking home under the burning star up in the sky... I'm going to take an EXO umbrella so that I don't lose my precious white skin (it's like treasure to me to remain white, this isn't a hyperbole, I really love being pale) and to obviously, display my fandom ^^
I might write tomorrow at school, if I'm bothered to write my life stories.

Okay, I'm impatient. AND, my anticipation levels are rising as I sit in this chair. This isn't good.
