☆ Chromablood OCs and Info Post Thing! ☆

A lot is still subject to change, especially stuff like the names of places and characters, because I'm just not great with coming up with names tbh lol
I'll start with quick introductions to the realms and blood types, then individual characters. Then whatever else afterwards :D
There are six realms that sit in the VOID and each one has their own group(s) of inhabitants and creatures.
Each realm's color comes from the color of their blood and the realm's Chromablood.
(I used colors to organize things before anything was given a name, and it just stuck, so now it's a feature. ✨️)
💛 Larkspur: Florites and Faunites
Characters from this realm are either inspired by a plant (Florite) or an animal (Faunite). The plant or animal can be real or ficticious. Most of these groups coexist peacefully now after being involved in the conflict between the Avians and Prehistorics.
They use the color yellow to represent themselves and their realm.
💙 Lumisa: Lumisians
Characters from this realm are themed around rocks/minerals, both real or fictional.
Currently the only realm without daylight, so pretty much every living thing there has developed some sort of bioluminescence or a way to prevent reflecting as much light as possible.
Because of the on-going conflict with the AROPB (Automated Realm of Purple Bloods), Lumisa's Chromablood is extremely weak and limited with its abilities, including controlling the movement of it's realm's suns and moons. Because of this, a handful of Lumisians have taken over smaller individual Chromablood responsibilities while Moonstone was given the more difficult tasks that keep the realm as functional as possible until the conflict ends.
There is no sunlight since the only one capable of keeping the sun up for extended amounts of time also happens to play a very important role outside of the realm in defending Lumisa.
They're represented by the color blue.
💜 The Automated Realm of Purple Bloods: The Automated
Everyone and everything is either mostly or entirely made of tech stuff. It's the only realm where there is no breathable air. Also the realm with the least amount of plant and animal diversity.
Extremely dangerous. They have no control over anything themselves anymore since the realm's Chromablood decided to take that way from them all.
Lumisa and the AROPB used to be on good terms with each other until the VOID Barrier Fracture happened.
Represented by the color purple.
🧡 The Trieletories: Elementals
The realm is split into three territories by three groups. Tidebreakers, Emberlings, and Rockskippers. They currently all get along fairly well. These three groups, and the Florites, are the only ones who can control elements.
(Many Florites can control plants but aren't considered Elementals.)
They are represented by the color orange.
🩷 Paradise: Avians
A long time ago, a new Chromablood was born around the time the conflict between the Avian yellow bloods and the Prehistoric yellow bloods occurred.
It resulted in the Avians being given this new realm just for them under the protection of the new Chromablood.
It's designed mostly for birds of flight, but flightless birds from Larkspur are known to visit the few areas where flight isn't necessary.
Represented by the color pink.
💛 Glacial Wastelands: Prehistorics
Characters from this realm are inspired by a prehistoric plant or animal of some kind, real or fictional.
They're completely isolated from the rest of the realms, and they've sort of been forgotten after so long. Until Damian happened.
They are a Chromabloodless realm, but they're still yellow bloods.
⭐️ VOID Inhabitants
Chromabloods are found in the VOID between the realms. They're very mysterious god like beings that rarely make an obvious appearance inside the realms they observe and maintain.
Spectralbloods are shapeshifting VOID dwellers who only enter realms to feed and quickly return to the VOID to drift until they need energy again.

🩷 Cas (28 Avian)
He/they
Was one of the best professional flyers of Paradise until Flame let him ride Soot. He fell off and messed up his wings. He can still fly, just nowhere near as good as he used to :(
💛 Damian (Adult Prehistoric)
He/him/it
Excellent tracker and hunter. Manages to communicate with Cas nonverbally. He accidentally jumped realms while chasing a rabbit, which is how he and Cas met.
💙 Ametrine (47 Lumisian)
He/him
Was an engineer for various Lumisa and AROPB projects until the VOID barrier accident. Met a Chromablood and was able to come back to tell the story.
💙 Benitoite (48 Lumisian)
He/him
Was a kindergarten teacher until the war started. Lost his left eye, and now there's just a big crystal scar chunk instead. Spent years searching for Ametrine and even longer trying to reverse engineer RAZE.

Ametrine's soul prison. Designed to harvest Chroma Gems.
💛 Prasine (25 pothos Florite)
He/him
Artist with five songbirds that help him paint. Besties with Cas, and the birds gossip with him every time he visits.
🧡 Layla (19 Tidebreaker)
She/her
Rhythmic gymnastist who likes using her water abilities during her performances. Probably the biggest fangirl of BLITZO!!! that you'll ever come across.
💛 Camellia (27 Florite)
She/her
Baker at the Bake 'n Bloom. Prasine's older sister. Always brings Prasine the leftover food from work since he's got a sweet tooth.
💛 Lily (25 Florite)
She/her
Cake artist at the Bake 'n Bloom. So cheerful and positive, its almost sickening, but it's not faked, and she genuinely just wants to make others happy too.
💛 Orchid (24 Florite)
She/her
Florist at the Bake 'n Bloom. Quiet and awkward. Would much prefer to sit and talk with the flowers than the customers.
🧡 Pyro "Deadlock" (29 Emberling)
He/him
Bounty hunting gunslinger with a horse named Soot.
🧡 Flame: BLITZO!!! “THE FLAMING BLITZ” (29 Emberling)
He/him
MMA fighter trained by THE BATTLE BUNNIES!!! He tries so hard to make the Bunnies proud.
💛 Clove, Ginger, and Honey: THE BATTLE BUNNIES!!! (Adult rabbit Faunites)
All she/her
Trio of tight knit martial artists. Considered to be the best in their disciplines. Rare to ever see them separated.
💛 Nyx and Gash (Adult panther and leopard Faunites)
Both she/her
Duo of punk rock musicians. They're not the best, but they're having fun.
💙 Moonstone (Adult Lumisian)
He/they
He loves eating dreams and keeping Lumisa well rested in these trying times. Any free time he happens to get is spent in the Geode Heart Caverns to rest.
💙 Sunstone (Adult Lumisian)
He/him
Constantly fighting off threats in the VOID and around the VOID Barrier to protect the realm and its Chromablood. He's probably alive still?? I mean, the realm hasn't completely decayed yet, sooo??
💙 Padparadscha (Adult Lumisian)
She/they
Unicorn of Lumisa. Loves jumping around in the glowing flower fields under the stars. Missing a chunk of their abdomen due to an injury, which healed poorly from the lack of immediate professional care, resulting in many crystal scars. Avoids directly interacting with other Lumisians.
