I’m taking part in the Tough Mudder 5K - a 5K course with 13 obstacles. Described on their site as a “chance to really stretch your limits.”

I’m starting this hoping to go from being a complete couch potato to a muddy champion - only giving myself and my partner 2 months to prepare. Yeah, she’s not happy with me, but I signed us both up! 😂

My main goal is to raise some money - I chose The Survivors Trust, a charity that covers 120 organisations in the UK and Ireland that provide specialist support to men, women and children who have suffered and survived sexual abuse and sexual assault.
