Responsive Codes: Can I Get Some Help?
I’m backing this post with the hopes that I may be able to find an answer on something that I’ve been trying to make work for a while: how to make my codes responsive to window sizes/screen resolutions.
I’ve scoured through different websites such as w3 schools, css-tricks, bootstrap, overflowstack, etc. trying to find some help with this. I’m utterly lost on how to make my codes, themes, and pages respond fluidly to window sizes/screen resolutions. I’ve tried setting px to percents; nothing happened. I’ve added in meta tags for viewports, and still my codes don’t respond. I’ve read up on jQuery, Javascript, and media-queries, but I don’t quite understand just what I should be doing. I’ve tried out flex displays as well. Nothing seems to make my pages respond to window sizes. Are there any thememakers/coders out there who can offer some insight as to what I should add to my codes to make them responsive?Â
Thanks in advance!!Â
If you want to look at an example of my coding, here’s a page I’m working on; feel free to right click and hit ‘view sourcecode’ to take a look under the hood.
