I thought since I already did it on tiktok, it wouldn't hurt to post it here too. Please don't come for my throat if your fav character ended up somewhere low. Opinions, people! Opinions!
Quick info: I have a few "special" (unnumbered) spots first but after all that I'll be going from the bottom spot.
Honorable mention: Rei Mekaru
Such a diva, but I didn't really count her in, as she wasn't a part of the killing game. She ate in the first game tho!!
Not-so-honorable mention: Tsurugi Kinjo

Spot #0 exists because he's special to me and it would be unfair if I put him at #1 for no reason. Loved him in the first game, but he didn't do much here. The real ranking starts from the next slide I promise.
Don't get me wrong, he is a REALLY well-written character and a great villain! (dare I say a better mastermind than Junko...) That doesn't change the fact that I hate him with my whole heart. Especially after rule 17. Rule 17 was the final straw.
Again, very well-written, a good psycho character. She is SO EVIL. Killing people is one thing, come on, we're in a Danganronpa universe. We've seen it before. THE POOR DOG THOUGH???
Ew. Just ew. Hated him from the beginning. And I'm saying this as a Kazuichi fan (hypocritical? maybe a little. I heard it all before so don't bother commenting). Bonus points for Hajime for killing this rat!
At first she was okay and I even felt bad about her death. Then she fumbled when Chapter 0 came. Experimenting on your child is kinda where I draw the line (justice for Mikako :ccc)
Wow spot #10 is pretty high for her. She's only here because the other are worse. Quite boring and annoying throughout the whole game. I was praying for her to shut up whenever she spoke.
I feel really bad for her. She had her annoying moments too, but overall wasn't that bad. Is it okay to say her character wouldn't exist without Kanade...
He's just kinda normal and it's alright. Probably the most adequate response to being trapped in a killing game. Had reasonable reactions to stuff most of the time.
Diva!!! I enjoyed her most in the Void Theatre. Her puns are actually funny pls don't kill me. I FEEL REALLY BAD FOR HER BECAUSE OF THE BACKSTORY :(

Mom of the group yayyy :3333 Died a really brutal way. Too bad we didn't get to see the contents of the note she left. If she lasted longer we could've gotten some more scenes with her and Nikei too. I love you but girl pls stop organising events ppl are dying.
I love them equally. And it's not because of their relationship. I just think they're both powerful characters on their own. I especially love Sora for being a hater /hj.
Didn't like him at first, as in, I thought he'd end up somewhere at the end of my ranking. Around chapter 3 he became more enjoyable. He's smart and I like smart characters. Just a sigma.
He killed Yuri yay!!! Unfortunately that also meant being the first blackened. I liked him for basically no reason (did I mention that this ranking is very biased???) similarly to how Leon is my favourite character of DR:THH. Enjoyed his moments in the Void Theatre and Omake Mode as well. If only he lived longer we'd probably get more interactions with him and Shinji.

FROM THE MOMENT I'VE SEEN THE WHOLE CAST I FELT THAT AURA. THAT "BEST CHARACTER" AURA. The most unfair death. However chapter 4 was still PEAK!!! I could easily see him being the mastermind tbh.
