Imagine if Alya and Marinette got into an argument because Alya was tired of Marinette never facing her fears and talking to Adrien. So Marinette, enraged and determined to prove Alya wrong, storms over to Adrien and says “You wanna go?!?”

It’s only after Adrien nervously chuckles and hesitantly backs away that she realizes that she forgot the “to the movies with me” part of her sentence

            confusion struck chat noir as the girl reached for his cat ears. the black appendages twitched as they came in contact with her fingertips. eyes widened and he let out a small “hmm?” the superhero hoped for an explanation as to why the girl was toying with his cat ears.

hooo boy this should’ve been done a while ago

i am dropping most of my drafted threads. keyword ‘most’. i’m still keeping some of the ones that i sort of have muse for, have already started, or still want to continue. most, though, are going to be dropped. out of twenty-one total drafts, i am only keeping about four or five of them. some of them have just taken me too long to respond to, or i no longer have muse for them. i apologize for the inconvenience. have a good night you guys!!

           “what an odd question. no, i would not. before the ring…before plagg…i had nothing. when my mother died, my father shut me out and didn’t let me do anything of interest to me. he became stoic and cold; never talking about anything other than my stupid modeling career. dad wants me to be this perfect little angel, but i’m not. i’ve had to hide my own personality around him, and with the ring – as chat – i can finally show my true self. and who wouldn’t want that?”

             “but besides that, i would’ve never met her…ladybug, that is. she practically saved me, without even trying – without any knowledge of what she did. she’s…this is the first time i’ve fallen in love, really. and…it’s a nice feeling. i like being in love, and i wouldn’t trade this feeling for the world.”

              “thinking about this makes me wonder…would ladybug say the same things about me as i did about her? probably not, considering she always seems to have someone else on her mind. but that’s okay. as long as she’s happy, i’m happy, right?”

❝Tell Me Why You Love Me.❞ Wht is this--omg. I'm sorry.

         shock struck the boy’s expression as he heard lila speak. adrien had never heard her be so straightforward – well, come to think of it, he had, but that was beside the point. he looked at her with wide eyes, not sure how to respond. he gave a small sigh when he thought of an answer, a smile making its way onto his face.

           “lila, you shouldn’t need me to tell you why i love you; you should already know that i do. but if you really need me to say why i do, then i will.” adrien paused for a moment, nodding once to show he would go on once lila was ready.

            “you’re super nice to me – sure, a lot of people are, but none like you. you’ve shown great kindness to me that i would’ve never expected from someone who’s been around the world like you’ve said you have. no matter how rich or famous you really are, you’re still one of the nicest people i have ever met.” 

             “also, i’ve, uh, seen the way you glance at me when you think i’m not looking – such love and compassion in your eyes. it’s kind of…adorable, actually. i hope i can look at you the same way you look at me, but i don’t think i could ever match that cute smile of yours.”

              adrien could feel his cheeks starting to rise in heat as he gushed more and more about lila. he could feel his heart skip a beat, and bit his lip harder than he should’ve. letting out an awkward chuckle, adrien spoke once more. “sorry. i-i don’t usually ramble on for this long. i’ll stop t-talking now.”
