"Ah Fairy Tail…"
"Oh, it's you."
Cana..? The one whose dainty counterpart wouldn’t touch a drop of alcohol if her life depended on it? The commander resists the urge to laugh at the incredible contrast evident here, all of Earthland’s mages effortlessly entertaining.
"Maybe I will if you can manage to chug down both those barrels behind you." he hums, completely unaware that such an amount was nothing to the girl whose tolerance was beyond compare.
The card mage couldn't help but just stare at the young male. Surely, he wasn't aware of who she was. And that was a good thing in Cana's eyes. This would surely turn out to be an entertaining evening after all.
"And what if I do chug 'em down? What's in it for me, smart guy?" The brunette spoke nonchalantly as she plopped her elbow down on the table for support. "And it better be somethin' good. If I go big, you go big." Cana tried to bargain with the stranger, not completely sure if she was getting her message across with her current groggy state. "Oh, and what's your name again?"
She lifted her chin with her chins as she started to sparkle.”No fun you say?” She only chuckled at her lame joke to cheer each other up. “—Yeah, but i just hope master is okay with all this.”
"Of course he is. He's the one that suggested this little get together after all." Cana spoke, trying to reassure her guild mate. "I mean, he is over there drinking a couple a' beers himself." She smirked and nodded in the direction of the Guild Master's current location.
{ ☁ } —— The water mage taking a proper seat in front of the card mage to get her future told. All the hope swirled in the girl, in a few moments she would know if she and her beloved Gray would get married and have children. She waited for Cana to do her things with the cards, she was becoming anxious for what the cards said, azure ocular stared at the card mage’s face, seeing the small smile made the water mage’s heart beat faster, the words that follow provided the same effect. A wide smile appears on the mage’s face, this was great news, though the smile falters when she continues to speak,
{ ☁ } ——"So J-Juvia must go and talk to Gray-sama at anytime and not wait around for the perfect time?" She wanted to make sure she was understanding correctly. The water mage becoming distressed that Cana was with holding details for the mage, “C-Cana-san! J-Juvia wants to know all the details about her and Gray-sama!” With nudge into Juvia’s side and her chuckle, Juvia knew Cana was doing this to torture her.
"I'd love to tell you all the details, Juvia, believe I would if I could but what if by me telling you it just jinx the whole thing?" The brunette tried to bargain with the water mage. But in all honesty, Cana just didn't see the fun in telling her all the juice details. And it's obviously better for Juvia to experience everything herself and not be told about what will happen by some cards. Reaching over to grab her beer, the brunette firmly grasped it and took a quick swig of it. Something told her this was going to be a long day.
"Yeah, like I said earlier, if you want something to happen between you and Gray you'll have to put on your big girl pants and make that 'perfect moment' happen. If you don't take the initiative it'll probably never happen, seeing that Gray is just as, maybe even worse, at demonstrating his feelings than you are." She stated bluntly. It was the only way she saw fit to tend to this matter and that was directly.

Puffing her cheeks slightly, she looked away then muttered something. “Well, maybe a little” she muttered using a soft voice, being careful not to let Cana hear what she said because Cana probably will not stop teasing her. Lucy looked back at the card mage and smiled slightly. “Thank you. I’m glad that you believe in me but…you do really like teasing me huh? Haa~ if you keep on teasing me, other people might really think that I like Natsu.” But even though Cana don’t tease her like that, other people are still going to think that they have special relationship because of their closeness. The first time they met and joined the guild, they became close like that as if they already knew each other for a very long time. Why? She don’t know.
"Well of course I love teasing you, baka!" Cana chuckled loudly at Lucy's observation. "After all, you make it so fun and easy to do so! I mean look at ya', you're still all flustered from it." The brinette bluntly admitted to her little teasing habit to Lucy. Either way, it wasn't like it was much of a secret and everybody else did it too so why couldn't she do it too! Right? "Oi, Lucy." The card mage spoke up, slightly more serious this time. "No matter what, and I mean anything, people are still gonna' believe there's somethin' between the two of yous." She confessed. "But it's ok, 'cuz you know what's true and what isn't true. So don't let it get to you, ok?" Cana said with a small smile and leaned in closer to pat the celestial mage softly on the shoulder. Her own personal way of trying to get someone to feel bettter. Which was quite odd of the Card mage. But since she and Lucy had grown so close she felt ok with helping out the blonde once in a while.
{ ☁ } —— The mage continued to view the handsome ice make mage from afar, until Cana’s voice pulled her back to reality. Was it obvious to everyone she was spying on Gray? She thought she was sneaky about it, she was wrong this time, Cana’s question rang in her head, had she grabbed his attention, does he see her as she sees him, a lover, maybe, she hoped, "Juvia is waiting for the right moment to talk with Gray-sama." A clear blush appearing on the water mage’s porcelain skin, Cana’s teasing has her very flustered. Still in a flustered panic, the water mage calming down a bit when she hears the question, that was right Cana could see the future, a future of her and Gray, before she slips into a day dream of being married to Gray with kids she answers Cana’s question, nodding her head furiously, "Yes! Juvia would love to know her future with Gray-sama!"
Cana just sat there, chuckling softly at the water mage's reaction. Boy, did she just loved teasing her friends about their love lives. Especially when they reacted like Juvia, all flustered and jittery. " Alright, how 'bout we get started then?" The brunette smiled as she began laying out her cards on the table.
As her brown hues began taking in the outcome of the cards a small smile grew on Cana's face. "The cards seem to be on your side, Juvia." The card mage assured her guild mate. "But all I can really say is that you shouldn't wait for the right moment, you have to make the right moment happen yourself, Juvia." Cana spoke softly, with care in her tone, almost motherly. "I'd love to tell you the details but that would just suck out all the fun for ya'" She chuckled and nudged Juvia playfully with her elbow.
"O-One more, mun, ple-- hic!"

Lucy puffed her cheeks before continue speaking. “Cana, I told you, nothing’s special going on between me and Natsu. Why does people thinks of us that way?” Lucy got a bit surprised when Cana said that she kinda like someone for the last couple of months. That’s quite unexpected. However, she will just tell her if she tell her the truth. But maybe, what Cana said is not true. She’s just saying that to make Lucy spill out the truth. “What truth are you saying? I am already telling the truth you know?” she sighed. “You do really believe that I like him?” Is there even a way to convince Cana to believe Lucy’s words? Well, it seems that she’s going to have a hard time in making Cana believe in her words.
"Oi, oi... don't start gettin' your panties in a bunch Luce. If you say your telling the truth then fine." The card mage sighed, slightly disappointed in the outcome of this conversation. She could have gotten so much money if Lucy said even the smallest hint of there being something between them. "Don't worry, Lucy, I believe you. But I can't promise you anything about not teasin' you anymore. It's just so fun seeing your face all bright and red! And it makes for hell of a great time killer too!" Cana chuckled loudly, softly nudging Lucy with her elbow. Honestly, Cana hoped Lucy did have some sort of feelings towards Natsu. They were quite the team and they worked great together, it just made so much sense for the two to be together. But, nothing could be done if the pair didn't see it the same way everyone else did.
{ ☁ } —— The water mage knew it was probably a bad idea to use Cana’s table as cover to watch Gray from afar. Her azure ocular shift from her lover to be to the drunken maiden before her, shaking her head to show she did not want to drink, "Juvia would not like to drink, thank you for the offer Cana-san." With that said she returned to trying to see the ice mage not too far behind the card mage.
Before speaking, the card mage observed her guild mate and followed her gaze which landed her on a certain ice mage.
A sly smirk grew across her features as her head came back to look at the water mage. "Spying I see." She winked at the blue haired maiden standing before her. "Still trying to grab his attention, or are ya' just lurking around, waiting for the right moment?" The card mage teased her friend. Until, an idea popped up in her head. "Oi, by any chance, would you like me to read you your fortune with my cards?" The brunette said as her hand took out her cards and displayed them to Juvia. "They're never wrong ya' know?" She winked once more in Juvia's direction.
