And that’s the end of episode 2! Hikari is living with Karen and Mahiru (though I forgot that a few minutes back, oops), Karen is good at Revues, and everyone is still incredibly gay. So Revue as usual, then!

That is an... interesting worldview, and technically correct. I get the feeling Maya doesn’t handle loss well, though it doesn’t seem like she experiences it often.
So multiple Revues happen simultaneously, it seems, and Claudine lost hers against Maya. That’s what I would have predicted, given their interactions before now.
And it seems this defeat involves less bonding and more lecturing. Unfortunate, if expected.

Even after losing to her, Junna is still casually roasting Karen. Might as well call this show “Karen beats respect out of her friends”, except I don’t think she’ll ever get it.
...wait, is Hikari angsting in Karen and Mahiru’s room? Or is Mahiru just hanging outside of Hikari’s room? One of those is far funnier than the other.

Sorry I’ve been quiet, but this Revue is just amazing. It’s done a great job showcasing Junna’s motivation to achieve her dream and surpass those who are simply better than her, and it contrasts nicely with Karen’s motivation to become a star with Hikari.
Karen wins again, but unlike last time, this Revue was much closer than their first one. Still, ya gotta feel for Junna; she was working herself to the bone, and just like that, it’s (maybe) over.
Or maybe just students, then? Depends on if Junna gets punked out of Revue, i guess.
Okay, what is with these mannequins? Are they supposed to represent people who tried and failed to become Top Stars?
Yyyyup. If there’s one thing worse than an archer with lots of cover, it’s an archer who can teleport around the arena via cover.
That’s right folks, we’re teleporting through the mirrors now! Pretty useful for an archer like Junna, though I wonder if Karen could do it if she knew how.
“Eternal lead” makes it sound like the winner of the Revue will be the Top Star forever, not just for this year or this play. If it is, then this would be everyone’s first time doing Revue, which- there isn’t much actual evidence for them having done Revue before, but I sorta thought they had?
Hmm, so normally, losing once would get you eliminated. Is this just a competition for the Top Star then, and whatever rank you have doesn’t matter if you don’t get Top Star? It wouldn’t exactly make sense to have Karen and Junna go twice in a row otherwise.
