The adorable moth-likeΒ NochturnΒ is ready to join any Santarianβs adventuring party as soon as they join the site. Brave adventurers who journey to the Lava Caves of the Flamefall Cascades can find the draconicΒ HarlowinΒ and fearsomeΒ Grusim. The world ofΒ SantaeΒ is rich with opportunities to explore, gather, and discover. During the siteβsΒ Alpha phase, weβve unlocked engaging on-siteΒ mini-gamesΒ that bring you and your pets all across the vibrant world ofΒ Santae.
Send your petsΒ GatheringΒ at locations acrossΒ SantaeΒ and they will bring back exciting items to share with you! Your pet might bring you aΒ magical runeΒ from the mysteriousΒ Stormforge Caverns, gather useful plants from theΒ Ancient Grove, or maybe even discover an egg that can hatch into another pet at the volcanic pools ofΒ Ember Springs. You can also direct your pet to pluck rare berries from theΒ Great Berry Tree!
When your pets goΒ FishingΒ at the sunnyΒ Solar SandsΒ β or in any gathering location acrossΒ SantaeΒ β thereβs no telling what they might find at the other end of the line. You mightΒ reelΒ in a delicious fish, an eel that can join your pet as itsΒ MinimalΒ companion, a piece ofΒ useful equipmentΒ that only needs a small repair, and so much more. MoreΒ discoveriesΒ in the depths of the waters aroundΒ SantaeΒ are sure to come.
If you want toΒ tame wild Minimals, go visitΒ Silvershadeβs RanchΒ in the Lani Archipelago! They will send you out into the wild toΒ catch and tame a MinimalΒ through an interactiveΒ HerdingΒ mini-game. Bring berries, toys, and plushies to tempt and distract theΒ MinimalΒ as you and your pet cooperate to befriend it.
Santaeβs sunny daysΒ andΒ mysterious nightsΒ each hold their ownΒ mysteriesΒ to explore, watch as the clouds move while you play, and every hour on the hour you can watch the transition to day/night. As the world cycles between states every hour, you and your pets have the chance to makeΒ exciting new discoveries!
Visiting theΒ Lava CavesΒ in the dark of night will bring you face to face with the opportunity to tame a fearsomeΒ GrusimΒ β but during the light of day, theΒ GrusimΒ retreats. While the sun shines over theΒ Lava Caves, you can instead bring yourΒ Harlowin eggΒ there to hatch into a new companion.

Over the course ofΒ THREEΒ exciting events, ourΒ Alpha TestersΒ have been able to participate in and shape the future of the gameβs world. Together, weβve discovered newΒ Minimals, locations, and even new pet species.
Mysterious slug-likeΒ MinimalsΒ swarmed Gathering locations all acrossΒ Santae, prompting adventurers everywhere to collect them in an attempt to learn more.
By collecting theΒ GooppersΒ and discovering their source, Santarians discovered a brand-new location:Β The Goopper Grotto. This tranquil forest clearing holds an amazing secret: When you bring a Goopper there alongside certain powerfully magical items, theΒ Minimal will transform!
By following the traces of anΒ ancient legend, adventurers learned of aΒ mythical creatureΒ lurking deep within theΒ Lava Caves.
Together, Santarians discoveredΒ sanDust:Β A secondary currency earned throughΒ site activities. This magical dust proved to be the secret toΒ calmingΒ the ferocious ancient beast within the caves. By working together to collect sanDust, theΒ communityΒ unlocked the ability toΒ tame and adopt the Grusim for everyone!
When Santarians began to discoverΒ mysterious eggsΒ around the site, theyΒ banded togetherΒ to collect them and learn more about them.Β Together, we learned how to hatchΒ Quibbspawn eggsΒ into a brand-new Minimal:Β The Quibblet!
But theΒ QuibbletΒ was no ordinary Minimal. MoreΒ ancient cluesΒ pointed the community towards a newly-discovered location,Β Quibbit Cove. It was there that the true secret of theΒ QuibbletΒ was revealed: Feeding it in the cove causes it toΒ evolve into a fully-fledged pet, the Quibbit!
ThanksΒ to the communityβs efforts ofΒ research and discovery, the location ofΒ Quibbit CoveΒ and the secret ofΒ QuibbletΒ evolution are now unlocked for everyone.
