Mini food log!

Today I did omad 💕

For breakfast I had a glass of water and my meds

For lunch I just sat outside of work and vaped while scrolling on here lol. The flavour in my fav vape really help with cravings and hunger 😋

Dinner i had 8 California rolls and 4 shrimp nigiri, I would've ate less but I ate with my dad today so had to keep it at a normal portion so he wouldn't question it.

In total I ate maybe a bit more than 400-500 calories, unfortunately the sushi place doesn't have any calorie information so it's hard to say exact

The only side effect from my adhd medicine that I wish I had was low appetite. Most common side effect and I didn't get it. I was promised low appetite god dammit!!

My biggest wake up calls yet:

Seeing my graduation pictures. The dress was perfect, absolutely gorgeous but my legs and arms look huge. I was ashamed to share the photos on my Instagram.

When I realised I had slowly gone from a size small in tops to a size large. I used to fit some mediums but not anymore.

For years I was a medium in pants. Now i'm a large. All my jeans always break on my inner thighs.

My dream wedding dress is practically sleeveless. Imagine getting married to the loml in the perfect dress with my jello cake arms and armpit cleavage.. worst nightmare

A glass of water + adhd and birth control pill + vape = my favorite breakfast of all time right now 💕
