What doesn’t it mean - middle age crisis?

I started thinking about it a couple of years ago. These thoughts came after moment then I realize that my life goes down to routine. I don’t like my job but it still the same, I used to go gym regular but now have no motivation and powerfully for it. I stoped and my life stoped with me....and the pipeline goes.

And now I want to run again through the life...it’s mean that I going to do fitness again, learn something new like coding in Python, emprove my English skills and etc.

Here will be my diary of changes...
