Seneca Sunset Cocktail Recipe
Gin and tonic is an age-old combination that is soothing and easy to make. This variation is sweeter and more advanced with a more complex combination of flavors. Gran Classico and Wagner Vineyards Riesling Ice meld nicely with the McKenzie Distiller’s Reserve Gin. The orange peel adds a light but lingering sweetness to the aftertaste. This cocktail is a must try for anyone who likes gin.

This peach cocktail can be a bit tricky to construct at first, but once you get the method down, it will surely become a regular when you feel like making a fruity cocktail. The dash of Grenadine on top helps give it its frothy, segregated consistency. You can make your own peach puree for a more authentic taste. Top with a of couple raspberries, sit back, and enjoy!
Watermelon sangria is as refreshing as it is delicious. The taste of the watermelon blends especially well with white wine. Add some watermelon or other flavored vodka to give it an extra kick along with some added sweetness. The savory qualities of the lamb meld perfectly with the peppery, spicy notes of our Lot 296 2008 Crozes Hermitage for an incredibly rich experience. The yogurt, grape, and pickled onion beautifully refresh the palate, leaving you only wanting more.
