MARINA HEADCANNONS feat. DITZY R
just some thoughts i had + not proofread. as always, praying i wrote marina right. i love her so much istg
contains relationship hcâs - râs pronouns are not used but they wear makeup + skirts, r is very bimbo leaning, fluff, marina thinking youâre pretty (as she should). lastly, definitely some details that arenât 100% accurate to the game like body glitter, but walk with me here kay?
Ì„ .â§â went from finding you incredibly irritating, (why did you have to sit so close to her on that train? all you did was smile, giggle and bat your eyelashes!) to thinking you were cute in about an hour - she did not realize the eyelash-batting was all directed at her
Ì„ .â§â sheâs not sure how you made it through the festival alive. was sure youâd be the first to go, so she was hesitant to actually team up with you at first. somehow, as hours passed, you were fine and just as bubbly as ever? eventually decided to actually put some effort into keeping you safe. if nothing else, you were a good source of entertainment and a distraction from everything going on. how you actually survived any of this, even with her help is still a complete mystery to her.
Ì„ .â§â loves the way you dress. itâs definitely different from what sheâs used to seeing; basically, a whole lot less practical or conservative. something about your mini skirts, crop tops, and flashy jewelry is really doing something to her though - catches herself spending a few seconds too long focused on the way you skirt fits while you walk in front of her or the low necklines of your shirts a little too often. thank god you never notice! (thinks sheâs being slick, she is not) youâre just hot pretty, okay?
Ì„ .â§â although sheâs absolutely guilty of it herself, does not appreciate other people looking you up and down at all. sheâs allowed to check you out, youâre with her. when anyone else does, it takes everything in her not to give them a good kick to the knee. shes really trying to be mature about the whole situation but it's so hard
Ì„ .â§â was not expecting to find the fact youâre a little clueless (in her opinion) as attractive as she does. being so appreciated and respected for things she considers easy (especially anything relating to the occult) isnât something sheâs used to and itâs definitely not a bad feeling.
Ì„ .â§â even when you get distracted by just how shiny her piercings or lipstick are, she doesnât mind. marinaâs never been that patient, but sheâll gladly take time to explain anything from ritual circles to why the skyâs blue. especially if it means watching your eyes get all big and glassy while you listen anytime.
Ì„ .â§â you already know getting ready is going to take some time. between both of your makeup routines, picking out clothes, perfume, jewelry, and everything else, itâs impressive you get out of the house at all, and best believe every surface of your room will be covered in cosmetics, perfume bottles, and hair products.
Ì„ .â§â youâre both very girly, just in different ways. she has her darker makeup, longer skirts, lace blouses, and heavy floral perfume (even though she always smells a little like incense). youâve got your sparkly lip gloss, fruity body sprays, shorter clothes and tiny purses. you look adorable together (think a porcelain doll next to a bratz doll)
Ì„ .â§â thanks to you, thereâs always some form of body glitter on her now. usually canât stand anything getting on her clothes, but u canât tell me she doesnât love feeling sparkly, if said glitter is from you, of course.
Ì„ .â§â lastly there are usually more lipstick stains on either of you than anyone wants to think about
d'arce hmu
In the summer, somewhere around July, I saw a survey on your account that had a point about " D'arce Cataliss x bimbo! reader" and I canât get it out of my head, can you please write something about this?
DâARCE HCâs FEAT. DITZY! R
sooooo i started this half a year ago and its been buried in my drafts ever since đ as always these are just a few thoughts i had xoxoxoxo
contains: dâarce x fem!reader, bimbo-leaning r, yes they definitely had rhinestones back then i asked dâarce herself trust me, some internalized homophobia, heavily unedited, you never get a confession but thereâs something going on
how many medieval assholes does it take to change a lightbulb

'machine that lets me read people's minds'? i can't even read yours
pairing: venus (psychopomp) x reader
Real world tip: Your coworkers are not real. Your boss put them there to keep you company while you lose your mind!
word count: 1229
venus as requested!! i dont think i captured her pre-awakening self all that great but it was fun to write :P
âHey, are you, like, okay?âÂ
Venaâs attention snaps over to you. She had been taking drag after drag of her cigarette, right down to the butt, and now the ember was burning dangerously close to her fingers. You were already on your third, with her only on her first.Â
âFine!â She says, but her wide, hollow stare tells a different story. âJust fine.â Her jaw is clenched so hard itâs a miracle her teeth havenât been expelled from her mouth.
âYou out of cigs? Want another?â
âUh - no, I-I have some.âÂ
You absentmindedly reach out to fix her collar. Work had just been let out, which meant you and your peers could finally, after a grueling 8 hours, abandon the squeaky office chairs and buzzing lights overhead in favor of some fresh air. Ironic, considering your daily after hours smoke break you took with Vena. You heard that only 10% of smokers actually get cancer from smoking. You mentioned this to Vena. At the time, she thought it was funny. Recently she had found the thought rather frightening. Uncharacteristically so.Â
âWhatâs up with you today?âÂ
Vena brings the lighter to the stick between her lips, but doesnât light it.Â
âUm,â she starts, as if to begin a sentence.Â
âUm?âÂ
âDonât know.â Her cigarette is swiftly returned to its spot in the carton. Itâs almost full. She runs her hands through her blond hair. It certainly did not look brushed today.Â
âI just, erâŠThereâsâŠâ Venaâs hands wring themselves together. Your eyebrow raises with a slight head shake, a silent, well?Â
âI have to get home. Gotta. Do stuff.âÂ
âItâs only 5:10.â You frown. âStay a bit longer. Stuff can wait, right?âÂ
Vena frantically shakes her head. âI have to go.âÂ
Your mouth falls open, and your hand raises in protest. Vena is already scurrying back to her car, which, as of late, had been parked as far away from the building as possible.Â
âAre you going to that - that meetup at the bar later?!â You cup your hands around your mouth after abandoning your cigarette. Vena barely spares you a glance - no answer. âWell, okayâŠâÂ
Your coworker was always a bit strange - dark sense of humor, weird routines, that much everyone knew. But in the past 2 weeks itâs almost like she had seen or heard something that had been plastered in the front of her mind indefinitely. An eldritch horror? Did someone die? Surely not. Shifty eyes, riddled with paranoia, excessive nail biting, too many coffees? Nobody knew. In fact, you werenât sure anyone had actually noticed how off Vena was acting. You thought to bring it up, but then your evident affinity for the strange blonde would only be affirmed, much to your chagrin - and to the delight of your coworkers.Â
You didnât suspect she harbored anything towards you in particular. Being the oddball she is, it was apparent she acted the same way towards everyone else as she did you, though your peers would beg to differ.
You sighed. What a stupid thought!Â
That night you passed up the bar on your way to Venaâs house. You hadnât told her you were going over. You supposed it was a bit rude to just show up to someoneâs house uninvited, especially one you hadnât known for the better part of a year, but who could turn away a guest with gifts?Â
The clock read 7:30. More than enough time for her to do whatever it was she did when she was home. Come to think of it youâve never quite seen any hobby-ish items around the couple of times youâve been there. Her bedroom was quite plain, personal bathroom a bit messy. Nothing that had really screamed, âthis is my personality and Iâm going to plaster it all over my apartmentâ. Perhaps she didnât find pleasure in personal hobbies, but more so in external interactions.
You pondered this thought as you slammed your car door shut. So much for a surprise.Â
The curtains inside briefly swish open, then are quickly shut.Â
âBad timingâŠ?â You mutter, trudging up the steps to her door.Â
Before you can knock, the door swings open, a hand darts out, latches onto your arm, and drags you inside. You almost drop the bag of food.Â
You squint, trying to adjust to the interior. There are no lights on except for the ones in her bedroom, and every window has been shut off from the outside world.
Vena is but a faint figure in front of you. You canât see the way sheâs grinning, or the object thatâs on her head.Â
âLook.â Her silhouette becomes clearer as she directs you to the overwhelming washed out light. Her vice grip hasnât once let go of your arm.
âWhatâs going on? Whyâs it so dark, andâŠwhat the hell are you wearing?âÂ
Vena presents herself with a flourish, once you can see her. She dons a helmet, almost like the ones youâve seen in war movies, yet this one isâŠdecorated. A radio dish and antennas stick out from the top, while the lower ends are adorned with strange flags.Â
âUhâŠâÂ
âThis is it,â she beams. Vena trembles with what you presume to be excitement. âItâs done.â
âWhat is âitâ?â You back away, but Venaâs arm shoots out to keep you in place.Â
âI call it,â she pauses for dramatic effect, ââMachine that lets me read peopleâs minds when I want toââ.Â
âSorry?âÂ
âPsychopomp for short.âÂ
âNo, I meanâŠâ You gesture vaguely. âWhatâs it? For?â
âWell,â Vena begins, pushing past you to retrieve something from the kitchen, and you watch with great concern and mild interest, âIâve discovered that everyone has been keeping one big secret from me, so I made this helmet to read their minds.âÂ
You raise your brows. âOh? How did that work out for you.âÂ
âIt didnât let me read their minds,â Vena drawls, âBut I do know there are catacombs under every government building now, and Iâm going to make sure I explore every last inch of them.âÂ
âYeah?â You canât quite tell if sheâs joking or not. Who would let a joke like this go on for so long? âUmâŠlike an escape room, or?â
She turns, now wielding a hammer.Â
âI donât understand.â Vena advances towards you, but youâre confident sheâs not going to use the hammer on you. Rather, her hand extends to touch your hair, and her eyes turn just the slightest bit thoughtful. Maybe sheâs thinking thoughts. You, strangely enough, donât find her action unusual or even repulsive. âWhat are you talking about?â
âYou donât understand,â she pants, a nervous smile growing on her face. âBut I do. I understand everything!âÂ
Vena presses her cheek - or rather, the side of her helmet, against your face. The metal is cold. You shiver, but not from the steel. She pulls back, gaze raking over you once, twice, thrice. Inspecting you, like an athlete would a trophy.
âCatacombs full of creatures, secrets, everything that I didnât know about. From now onââ Vena releases you and prances towards the door, failing to address your very awkward presence in her home, ââI will not allow any more secrets to be kept from me, or you.â
The door swings open. You arenât fast enough to stop her from bouncing through the threshold and into the night.
âIâm going to fix this. Donât you worry!â
