I already had stopped used tumblr for some time, so I don’t think I’ll be posting here anymore. I gotta do a back up of this blog... and search for a new place to host my main site... sighs thanks for nothing tumblryrhgry I guess. But in a strange way it’s nice to get rid of at least one half unused social media account huh

I don’t think anything in fiction has affected me quite the way this sequence did; at the crescendo, I just started crying.  I was sad, I was happy, I was inspired and encouraged…  I’m sure there are other animatic versions of this scene but I just had to give it my own shot because it’s so Wonderful!! 

Anyway, this was a spontaneous passion project that has devoured my life for the past four days so…back to business. uOu

This movie was so fucking underrated. I blame the marketing. They tried to sell it as a face-off between Will Ferrell’s character and Brad Pitt’s, all because they didn’t want to spoil the twist: that Metro Man dies 10 minutes in. But it’s not that much of a twist, because the entire story is about what happens if the villain actually wins, and what makes a villain in the first place. I think it also got buried by Despicable Me, which came out at the same time, but this is infinitely superior.

Seriously, if you’ve never seen Megamind, go watch it right now.
