im sorry but you do genuinely just have to be fucking stupid to think that the fact that men commit 97% of all violent says nothing about society or the average male. A smart person, upon hearing such a statistic, would take extra caution around men. A man with a heart and a brain would understand why women are cautious around him. Men who retaliate against women's fear with violent outbursts were already violent, entitled, and prone to hurting women regardless of how she treats him. After all, if a woman being scared of you makes you angry, it is only because you felt entitled to her presence and to her being open to you. Men are not sexist in response to how we treat them, what a stupid fucking idea. Women aren't born fearing and distrusting men, it is a lesson learned through repeated pain & humiliation.
