Hair Dye Issue - Please help

So I got a hair dyed a week ago. I have medium-dark brown hair, and I just wanted it a pinch darker. My hairdresser did a permanent dye of a slightly darker color. She didn’t bleach, she didn’t put any warm tones in. I even bought the shampoo they were selling at the salon for dyed hair. I’ve washed my hair a total of 3 times this past week, and it’s still excessively coming out in the wash and getting on my towels and pillowcases. I’ve noticed the color fade excessively. Is this normal?

Also at the salon, she did two rinses after the dying process.
