Cinematic Polaroids

Using the Polaroid Lab printer, I am developing screenshots onto Polaroid film. None of these posts are real photographs, but I strive to create images that *feel* like photos that could have been taken by an imaginary bystander in each scene. Same username on Instagram.

Superman (2025) — screenshot developed on i-type film with Polaroid Lab

Did you know that the first Superman comic was published one year after Polaroid was founded? Edwin Land founded Polaroid in 1937 (though it would be 10 more years before the first instant camera was released) and the first Superman comic was published in 1938. I absolutely adore the new Superman movie and thought Lois and Clark were perfect! This scene was unforgettable, and I love how it developed. 💙
