yesterday i had to get my blood drawn and was freaking the FUCK out bc i am TERRIFIED of needles. and there was this amazing nurse there that came in and held my hand and comforted me during the procedure, and was trying to say how brave i was but the way she worded it was REALLY funny.

she just kept on repeating "If you can change your name to Todd, you can do anything" and like. i KNOW she meant that in a #transally way, but i couldn't help but think "damn, is my name really that bad that you think im brave for choosing it?"
