FUCK YES! He couldn’t have been more happy when she said ‘yes’. Now hopefully neither of the kids would wake up. He needed some adult time with their mommy asap. He got up and took her hand to help her up as well. Leo wrapped his arms around her as he took her to her bedroom and locked the door behind him. Leandro turned to face her again and pulled her to him, his lips immediately finding hers.

Leo had never been like this with her before. He was always so calm, cool and collected but right now, he seemed as though he was anything but. It pleased Cindy to think that it was her that was making him feel this way and f she was honest, she wanted this every bit as much as he did. Cindy eagerly returned his kisses, her hands resting on his waist and slipping underneath to feel the warmth of his skin beneath her fingertips.

He sighed softly in her mouth as he shifted above her. “Do you wanna go to the bedroom, ma?” he asked huskily, nipping at her neck. That was probably gonna leave a mark –but fuck he wanted her.

Her fingers knotted into his hair and she closed her eyes as she focused on the feel of his lips against her skin. “Yes,” she whispered, opening her eyes and pushing him lightly so that he’d get off of her. “Lets go.”

He nodded his head and happily returned the kiss, turning a little to lower her into the couch and move above her. His hand slid up her thigh, giving her backside a firm grip as they continued to makeout on the couch.

Once Leo laid her down on the couch, she wrapped her legs around his waist and nipped at his bottom lip a little.

His hands slid up her sides as he kissed her passionately, trying to satiating a much bigger need through just kisses…. Hot kisses. He pulled back once oxygen was an issue, but left trails of breathless kisses down her jaw and neck. “Me tienes loco, mami.” he let slip in Spanish and chuckled lightly when he realized she wouldn’t understand. “I’m crazy about you.” he kissed her lips softly.

When Leo suddenly began to speak in Spanish, Cindy pulled back a little with a confused expression on her face. Sure, she kind of knew what mami meant, he called her that every now again but the rest was beyond her. He seemed to realize what had happened and explained what he had meant. “Really?” she said, a smile appearing on her face before pulling him closer once more, kissing him much more passionately than before.

Leo pouted a little, but that immediately faded when she kissed him. “Nope.” he pulled her in for another kiss, this one a little more deeper than the one before. Most of the day all they did was cuddle, which he was content with. But he loved when they could have intimate times like this, just the two enjoying each other without having to keep it completely PG.

Before Cindy could say or do anything, he pulled her in for another kiss. Cindy returned it with fervour and doing her best to not break the kiss, she shifted and adjusted herself so that she wasn’t sitting sideways on his lap but rather, with a leg on either side.

“Ah so I am a good thing now?” he pressed another kiss to her neck and chuckled lightly. “Miss Song, you seem to have forgotten about the sweet little somethin’ I asked for.”

“Of course you are,” she said, playfully smacking his shoulder. “I didn’t say I would give it to you, now did I?” she said, but despite her words she leaned towards him and kissed him. “There, that should suffice, right?”

“I’m not doing anything.” he chuckled lightly as he nuzzled her neck, breathing in her sweet scent. Leo pressed a soft kiss against the smooth skin. “I’m glad I don’t have to work tomorrow. I miss spending a lot of time with you.”

“That’s what the guilty always say,” she chuckled. “Me too. I don’t think my life has ever been full of so many good things at once and yet, here you are.”

“You have nothing to be sorry for. The sports news kept me entertained.” he said, motioning to the channel he was now watching. They were running over the highlights of a game he didn’t watched, but was still interested in. He took her hand and pulled her to his lap, keeping his arms wrapped around her. “Are you tired.” Leo kissed her shoulder.

Cindy turned to look at the TV and sure enough, the sports news was on. She smiled as he pulled her to his lap and it only grew when he kissed her shoulder. She turned a little to look at him and placed a kiss on his forehead. “How can I be tired when you’re doing things like this?”

“Okay.” Leo nodded his head. “Goodnight kids.” he said, giving each of the kids a kiss on their foreheads. “Sleep well.”

Cindy helped Yuri get ready for bed and made sure Lian brushed his teeth properly before tucking them both in. Cindy didn’t think she had taken that long but as she returned to the living room, she saw that 20 minutes had passed by. “Ah, was it really that long? And neither of them were making a fuss about sleeping either. Sorry for keeping you waiting.”

“There’s nothing wrong with that.” he chuckled lightly. As the children groaned, knowing they had to go to bed, he just shook his head. Children really never changed.

Cindy stood up and turned to face Leo. “You wait here, I’ll get them in bed. It won’t take long.”

“I don’t think you were ever unlucky. I mean your life wasn’t the best, but we all go through things so that we learn and become better people. God doesn’t give us anything we can’t endure. So if good things are happening now is because you’re being rewarded. Life itself is a gift, your children are also gifts, your health and their health. You’ve always been lucky.” he kissed her forehead.

“This conversation turned too serious Leo,” she whined, but she knew he was right. Her children were the best gifts she could ever receive and if she had to go back knowing then what she knew now, she would go through it all again for them. The show they’d been watching finally finished and Cindy pulled away, stretching as best as she could without shoving Yuri off her lap. “Alright kids, you know what time it is.”

“Good. You trust me with your mom, right Lian?” he said, looking at the boy who just looked up to nod at them with a smile before turning his attention back to the TV. “That’s good. I even have your son’s blessings to take good care of you if something happens.”

“Cindy chuckled. “How did I suddenly become the luckiest person in the world to have people care about me so much? My luck must definitely be turning for the better.”

“You definitely don’t.” he chuckled lightly. Leo’s never met anyone quite like her, which is probably why he fell so hard for her right away. They’ve had their ups and down, but he’s had good intentions with her. “That’s adorable that he used to feed you. But now you have me. I promise not to be as messy.”

“It was like a whole new world to him, right Lian?” she said, poking him with her foot to which he responded with a groan and a swat, which made Cindy chuckle. “Don’t worry, if I break my dominant hand, you’ll be the person I turn to so that I can be fed.”

Leo chuckled lightly. “Most woman just enjoy it when their man feeds them, y’know?” he whispered low so only she’d hear. Well, Yuri probably wouldn’t know what they’re talking about so he didn’t worry about that. He finished eating the ice cream and put the tub on the table before leaning back on the couch and wrapped his arms around her.

“Have I ever come across like most women?” she said, raising a brow. “But you’re right, I do like it. It just surprised me is all. I think the last time someone fed me was....well, when Lian was young and learning to eat himself. You can imagine what kind of mess that was.”

He smiled softly when she kissed his cheek. “Anytime.” Leo responded before taking bite of his ice cream, then took some more and held up the spoon up to her lips.

Cindy laughed when he held the spoon to her lips. “What am I, a child?” she was joking of course, and she ate the ice cream before adjusting herself so she was sitting closer to him and rested her head against his shoulder.

“Not just here, everywhere. was a street cop back home in Long Island before I became a detective in Manhattan, then transferred here to do Brooklyn. I responded to a lot of house calls back in my days, so I definitely have seen a lot.” Leo said. “Don’t worry too much. As long as you teach them all the good things at home, they’ll be well outside. Just have to make sure who’s around them. And be open with them. Even though they’re kids. They need to know what’s right and what’s not. Keeping things from them would do more harm than good in the end.”

“Ah, I see,” she nodded before turning to face him and leaned towards him, careful not to throw the ice cream or Yuri onto his lap and kissed his cheek. “Thank you for that.”

“I’m sure they’ll be grateful that despite everything, their mom was always so good to them and took really good care of them.” he kissed her cheek then ate another bite of the ice cream. “You should be confident in your parenting style. I’ve seen a lot and trust me, you’re definitely one of the better parents.”

“You’ve seen a lot where? Here in the area that I live? Well I would hope I’m better than the people around here but at the end of the day Lian and Yuri learn not just from me, but the people they’re surrounded with and I can only do so much to make sure good people are in their lives,” she said, her gaze falling on her children to make sure that they weren’t listening to them right now.
