We make Creatures Like Us, a narrative life sim about squatting, solidarity and surviving capitalism together. Follow a group of friends as they make homes in abandoned buildings. They forage, fix stuff, hold meetings and figure out how to live alongside each other with care, conflict and humour.

For Creatures Like Us we chose to have a fully queer cast, not only to represent the lived experience of the majority of the Circle-A team, but also because queerness, squatting and anarchism are all about building community, finding new ways to live and fighting for a world that let's us live fully and freely. I think they should make farming game about urban farming. And like, using it to support a commune while the police/military try to sabotage it.

The Circle-A team will be at Bristol Anarchist Bookfair, which is 10.30am - 4.30pm on Saturday 1st November at the Elmgrove Centre. We'll have a demo you can play, as well as stickers and maybe some very special merch!

The bookfair has an accessible first hour where everyone is masked and quiet is encouraged. There's also a creche / kids space because children are comrades too.
