Applying to job applications with the most obvious fake names he can come up with in the hopes that someone at the company will catch on. Intentionally getting fired after spending the barest minimum amount of time William said he needed to work at Freddy's for. Deleting security footage like William told him to, but leaving the animatronics in a state where they've so clearly been tampered with for the rest of the staff to find once they arrive on site, that they don't even need it to know that it was him. If father already thinks he's stupid, might as well do such a piss poor job that he thinks twice about asking him again while, y'know, not dying in the process.
