One thing i love abt the batman is that bruce is genuinely just a creepy awkward spoiled entitled loser, it’s everything batman should be, like i don’t understand how people prefer playboy bruce wayne over that version, i understand that some of them think it’s more believable so he can hide his identity better but bruce being socially awkward would also stop all suspicions of him being batman, so i hope matt reeves gives him character development w/o removing those aspects of him, except him acting overly spoiled and entitled those can go.

I'm so so so so excited about the batman part II it's on my mind 100% 24/7 and the only thing i'm afraid of is that they would really turn bruce into brucie playboy and cut his hair short and take away all his swag cool emo grunge aura

I doubt that will happen matt reeves is not stupid and imo it doesn't much suit battinson but batman fanboys (the annoying ones) complaining about Batman being emo and Bruce being boring and not developed and in need of a drastic change made me paranoid that something like that could ever happen

Is it just me or is brandon sklenar like the LEAST bruce wayne looking person ever??? Anytime someone puts photos of him and comic bruce in tiktok comments to prove that he is the #1 batman fancast i SWEAR i burst out LAUGHING. I don't wanna be mean but putting them next to each other like that only convinces me that he looks nothing like bruce wayne 😭😭 who even came up with that idea?? Am i blind or are others blind? Do people not recognize differences in facial features and structures? Or am i the issue? And to clarify i have never seen brandon in anything so i can't argue whether he's a good choice acting wise but he gives me ZERO (0)!! bruce wayne vibes if it comes to looks and i don't understand how the tiktok fanboys actually see it working out...

Same goes for jake gyllenhaal for an example. I love that guy to death he's my favourite actor but that fancast feels just ridiculous to me 😭
